So much of our personal lives have been politicized, so much of our politics has been personalized!
Don't make it personal. Netanyahu isn't the enemy.
Those, who want to kill and kidnap Jews, Israelis, who support the Palestinian monsters, who ampliy the genocide hoax, OTOH...
There are mass graves with voctims of Nazis. There are mass graves with victims of marxists - socialists - communists. Sometimes, those are the same mass graves. There is only one difference: Nazism was tried in court and is almost universally condemned; Marxism hasn't and isn't.

Suicidal empathy - the Israeli elections edition
Here's how the inhabitants of three kibbutzim voted 👇
Nir Oz, Kfar Aza and Be'eri were the kibbutzim from the so-called Gaza envelope that suffered the worst tragedies during October 7th 2023 massacre, with hundreds of butchered members and dozens of kidnapped hostages
An overwhelming majority voted center left, but what stands out is the vote for the Democratic party led by Yair Golan
44.3%, 19.9% and 39.1% voted for the man who openly said he wants to form a government with the Arab Joint list whose members openly support Hamas
What did I just say?
The National Library of Medicine has stopped indexing articles from @SciReports in MEDLINE because the journal’s inclusion in the world’s largest biomedical library is under review, Retraction Watch has learned.

Does anyone actually read anything that is published in Scientific Reports, except if specifically referred to by a trusted colleague?
Of course, all this crap is going onto people's CVs, secures promotions, and so on.
How do we get out of this mess?
A staggering snapshot of modern scientific publishing: Scientific Reports scaling toward ~48,000 articles in 2025 alone. Let that sink in:
• ~130 published manuscripts every 24 hours
• Millions generated in article processing charges (APCs)
• An unprecedented volume spike that even indexing pipelines like PubMed are struggling to keep pace with At this scale, the traditional concept of peer review is stretched beyond credibility. No editorial board on earth can maintain genuine scientific oversight across 50,000 heterogeneous papers a year.

In 1952, an English teacher named Cecil Dormand secretly paid for a dirt-poor 11-year-old to take a drama course.
He never told him and the boy didn’t find out until decades later.
By then, he was a knight, that little boy’s name was Patrick Stewart.
He was born into a poor family in Mirfield, a small mill town in Yorkshire and his father came home from World War II a violent man, and he was violent toward Patrick’s mother.
Young Patrick learned exactly when to step between his father’s fist and his mother.
An English teacher put a copy of Shakespeare in his hand and told him to get up and perform.
He never stopped and left school at 15.
By 19 he was completely bald... most agencies told him he'd never make it because of that.
In 1987, the LA Times called him an “unknown British Shakespearean actor” when he was cast as Captain Picard.
Then he became one of the most famous faces on Earth.
You’ve probably heard that part.
Here’s the part you haven’t:
He spent decades as a patron of Refuge, sheltering women and children from domestic violence.
But he never stopped trying to understand his father.
He dug up a 1940 newspaper clipping that said his dad had come home with severe shell shock.
He went to France and walked the ground where his father’s unit was pinned down under bombing for hours.
He learned his father had PTSD, and nobody ever helped him.
So Patrick became an ambassador for Combat Stress, a charity that helps veterans.
In 2013, a young woman at a Texas convention told him she was a survivor of domestic violence.
He asked, “My dear, are you okay?”
Then he hopped off the stage, held her, and told her: “You never have to go through that again, you’re safe now.”
At Dragon Con, a Make-A-Wish girl dressed as Spock came to meet him.
2,000 people were waiting for him to speak... he sat down and talked with her for 15 minutes, making all of them wait.
He told her that since they were friends now, whenever she saw him on screen she could wave and say, “Hello Patrick.”
After 9/11, he felt helpless, so he brought his one-man A Christmas Carol back to Broadway for a full week of charity shows.
He played every character himself and donated every cent.
In 2019 he did it again, and every dollar went to feeding hungry New Yorkers.
In 2017, he fostered a pit bull named Ginger, who had been rescued from a dogfighting ring.
She was his first dog in more than 50 years.
He couldn’t bring her home to England, so he found her a family.
Then he kept fostering more.
When he said he was done with Star Trek so many people told him the show had gotten them through the hardest times of their lives.
So he wanted to see if Picard could do it one more time.
Rest in Peace, Sir Patrick 🖖
I will never forgive or forget academics who stood with the monsters, shedding crocodile tears for the imaginary quadrillions of Palestinian children killed by IDF - while ignoring the real children who died on October 7th or Ukrainian children who keep dying because of Russia.
Today is Saturday. #NeverForget. Keep talking about the Palestinian monsters who unleashed an orgy of blood, death, r*pe, slaughter, plunder, kidnapping, and body snatching on October 7th.

On October 31st, 1941, the NKVD shot and killed numerous prisoners held in the NKVD building and the city prison of Simferopol to prevent them from escaping or being released by advancing Nazi forces.

Blood libel? Did I miss Netanyahu accusing Ra'am of drinking Jewish blood?
Talk about sense of proportion, sheesh!
Good. The Netanyahu election-day blood libel against Ra’am has been laid to rest. Even @IL_police says there is no case.
Excellent journalism and civil alertness helped cut down this fake, which came directly from the PM’s office.

According to Binyamin Regional Council, at least 108 attacks like this by Arabs against Jewish shepherds occurred this year to August in Binyamin alone. Including stone-throwing, physical assaults with sticks and other weapons, gunfire, fireworks directed at shepherds, and attempted vehicle ramming. Foreign provocateurs posing as “humanitarian workers” are often involved. As in the attack today they twist media reports to present Israelis as the attackers.

It can't be overstated how much Patrick Stewart carried Star Trek: The Next Generation on his back through those rough first two seasons until the show finally found its footing. Without his absolute conviction, Star Trek probably would have quietly died by the early 90s.

She endured the nightmare of her brother, Avinatan Or, being held hostage by Hamas for two years.
Now, Emuna Schreiber is hospitalized with spinal fractures after her car veered off the road while she was trying to escape a Palestinian stone-throwing attack in Samaria.
Another painful reminder of the ongoing Palestinian violence targeting Israeli civilians.
We wish Emuna a full and speedy recovery. ❤️🩹

Yes. We dislike Mao because he liberated the Chinese people - from their lives. Released their immortal souls from their mortal shells. Onto eternity. Where they are now free.
Let's be honest, the West hates Mao because he liberated Chinese people, united the country, and made it impossible to be a Western puppet.
Moreover, he inspired more Asian, African, and Latin American people's anti-colonial and anti-imperialist movements. The West slanders any leader who refuses to obey them.
Mao was a great strategist, revolutionist, thinker, writer and leader. Long live the great unity of the people of the world!💪
