I've had this idea for Jihei where he does develop a domain of his own that functions similarly to higuruma's but instead of a courtroom everyone caught in it would be placed in an Olympic arena and forced to participate in a random event.
You also would t be able to harm anyone currently in the domain, BUT whoever comes first in said random event gets a full rejuvenation of their CE and physical state, while whoever loses receives a timed penalty debuff outside of the domain where there general pool of CE is ↓
