One of my biggest worries this season watching FC has been their backs’ carries early in yardage sets. This is an area where they really miss Harvey Barron. They’re also bottom in line breaks and have missed the most tackles in the league.

The issue with these held calls being earlier is we are seeing contacts where players are capable of offloading, go on to offload and it gets called back for a simultaneous held call. Happened a few times this weekend

There are so many problems with the Giants set up. Luke Robinson was the least of them. Serious questions how the squad got smaller in the offseason. Whoever the new coach is should see some bounce just from not having everyone injured.
If you count Evalds as arriving last season, Huddersfield Giants signed 4 players and lost 7 pre-season. They've since brought in Wrench and Zenon but the squad is still smaller than last year.
