Merlin 3.0.0 is out. My Flash-Next kit is now a proper vLLM fork for RTX 30/40-series & More: ready-made recipes for seven checkpoints, one install, one command. Flash-Next on 4× RTX 3090, no NVLink, 220 W: • 184 tok/s decode at the full 262K context • 6,051 tok/s prefill on a 100K prompt (+12 %) • 925K-token KV pool, 3 full 262K sessions resident • Token embedding tables in host RAM • 8 agents at once: 638 tok/s

I had a super sick convo with @SomeoneTookDuck about his Smite career, confidence in oneself, team transitions, the "Death of Smite", and much more! You can check out the full episode on YouTube here: youtu.be/pa5yXz3-LiQ

Got a few more shows to work in June, but looking to fill my calendar for the last half of 2025. Eager and able to cast, host, do interviews, or provide behind the scenes help. My reel's in the replies. Lets get it.

The first berserker is a ton of fun only 8 hours into it, but combat is smooth and fights feel extremely dynamic, will play more tomorrow 🫡
