LANDMARK JUDGMENT BY THE SUPREME COURT ON TEMPLE LAND🚨🚩
“Temple property belongs to the deity, not the government!”
The Supreme Court has declared a gift deed transferring temple inam land to the Tamil Nadu government NULL AND VOID, ruling that the state is a custodian of temple property, not its owner.
⚖️ The Court ordered ₹31,000 monthly rent retrospectively from March 8, 2019, ₹1 lakh in costs payable to the temple, and payment of outstanding rent arrears.
A clear legal message: Temple property must be protected and administered according to the law.

All Rajkalves are to be restored and existing ones are to be widened to their original width as was 20/30 years back to have a permanent solution. In many IT co areas Rajkalves have vanished and rain water is forced to flow on road only.

In a Hindu Majority country - Hindus are not able to practice their religion !!
Let's declare this as Hindustan !
A Class 10 Hindu student wore a sacred Dasara mala after taking part in the Kulasekarapattinam Mutharamman temple festival.
The Amala Convent school principal — a nun — allegedly ordered her to hide or remove the mala and assaulted her in Kanyakumari.
The same principal wears a cross locket every day… yet lectures students on what they can or cannot wear.
How is this equality? How is this secularism?
Relatives and Hindu organisations have protested and confronted the management. This cannot be brushed aside.
Religious freedom is for everyone — or it is for no one.
What are your thoughts? Should educational institutions respect students’ faith symbols or impose selective rules?

Shame on CM @DKShivakumar and Home Minister @PriyankKharge!
Why are mosque and cross symbols being painted within the sacred precincts of the historic Arkeshwara Temple?
Who passed this government order? Who authorised this?
Would the @INCKarnataka Govt ever permit Trishuls or Om symbols to be painted inside a mosque or a church?
Hindu temples deserve respect and protection. Any decision aletring Hindu sacred spaces demands transparency, sensitivity and accountability. No government should take Hindu sentiments for granted.
The Hindus of Karnataka deserves answers. Those responsible must be held accountable.

At Arkeshwara Temple in KR Nagar, mosque and cross symbols were painted and later erased on the Tahsildar’s orders. According to Aarati, the temple in-charge, a senior official had reportedly instructed them to keep the symbols in the name of communal harmony.
But why promote such symbolism in a Hindu temple? Why isn’t the same gesture of communal harmony shown in mosques or churches?
The anti-Hindu Congress government is hurting Hindu religious sentiments and betraying Hindu interests. The people of Karnataka deserve accountability and equal respect for their religious beliefs.

Dear @Pawankhera ji, “regime change” has a specific connotation in political literature.
Defeating Modi/BJP in an election and forming a new government is called change of government.
“Regime change” is used for something much more fundamental—overturning the existing political order through an uprising, revolution, coup, coercion or external intervention.
That is precisely why the phrase acquires a very different meaning when your newly aligned protest ecosystem has: Neha Bora saying Bangladesh “showed us the way, Prashant Bhushan openly talking about “regime change”, Dhruv Rathee wants police and army to turn on streets against the govt.
Nepal and Bangladesh are not examples of routine electoral transfer of power. Both the cases were violent change of power.
So please don’t casually equate “we want to defeat BJP in elections” with the loaded phrase “regime change.”
Rahul ji may want to lend you his reading material on regime-change politics. 😄
Read lil more. Be informed.
“Mehnat mein Kami mat aane dejiye”. Otherwise Sonia Madam might remove the safed-baal-wala from the spokesperson group.
Rajnath ji is surprised that the opposition seeks a regime change. But that’s what oppositions all over the world seek. That’s what the BJP sought to do before 2014. It is the obvious part of democratic process. The job of the opposition, in the words of Shri Pranab Mukherji, is to expose, oppose and if possible, depose. Did Rajnath ji expect the opposition to start a Bhakti Movement for Modi?
