Here is a little message from us #StayHomeSaveLives

As this week is #VolunteersWeek I would like to say a big thank you to all our Cadets and Staff here at #SouthendVPC without everyone we wouldn’t have a fabulous cadet unit. #VolunteersWeek2020

This week has been mental health awareness week. During these tough times it’s important we reach out to those around us, and let them know you care. We can all do our part even a simple smile to someone can change someone’s day. #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek #itv #Britaingettalking

Please follow this advice. Essential Travel only! This is to go shopping for basic necessities, for example food and medicine. To go to work (when you can’t work from home). One form of exercise, for example a run, walk, or cycle. #StayAtHomeAndStaySafe

Let’s keep doing our bit and staying at home and please don’t make non essential travel, this is to help stop the spread of coronavirus, and give our fabulous @NHSuk that support they need. #StayAtHomeSaveLives

Happy New Year all our fantastic cadets and our @EssexPoliceUK family.

So very proud of my unit the cadets of @SouthendVPC did an excellent job at representing the organisation and are a great testament to young people. These are the next generation of police officers and they should be proud of their achievements today..

Great weekend for the cadets, they were out in force assisting residents with crime prevention advice after some recent burglaries in an area of Southend. Great to see the new cadets getting involved. FAB day. Couple of negative comments good to see cadets shrug them off. 👍👍
