These idiots obviously don't know how bad anti social behaviour is in Speke. Bus routes were suspended in Speke because drivers were being assaulted and buses set on fire. The officer was in the wrong, no denying but I bet that kid is well known by them.

The incident took place in the Alder Wood Avenue area of Speke on Friday after officers responded to reports of youths blocking roads with wheelie bins and "aiming fireworks at anyone who tried to remove them".
The force said youths had reportedly "smashed windows of nearby flats, tried to start fires and threatened members of the public".

#STATEMENT | Our Professional Standards Department continues to carry out enquiries in relation to a social media video that shows an incident involving a police officer detaining a 13-year-old boy in Speke on Friday 30 October.
Officers were called to Alder Wood Avenue after we received multiple reports of anti-social behaviour in the area.
We can confirm we have since received a complaint in relation to this incident and therefore it would be inappropriate to comment further at this time.
We will provide updates in due course.
