Maybe the something to hide is the fact that Robin Spencer KC & judge lives in Chester .
According to Wikipedia attended the King’s School where Dr Ravi Jayaram , Stephen Cross & Matt Hancock attended so all part of their Alumni .
Don’t forget either that Robin Spencer was the lead prosecution barrister in the Sally Clarke case who coincidentally lived in Cheshire
He fought to not have Sally’s case referred back to the Court of appeal but eventually she was referred & subsequently exonerated.
Then as a judge he was a sole judge who refused Lucy leave to appeal
Think you can safely say he is not impartial or unbiased .

Many of the Thirlwall Inquiry's 17 recommendations "are not well evidenced...the report shows the pitfalls of drawing generalised conclusions from a single and profoundly atypical case, especially when the person leading the inquiry has no experience or expertise in healthcare".

She saved our daughter, and we took a public stance on her likely innocence. I wouldn't sleep at night if I didn't take the time to understand, as best that I can, what happened, and to share what I find honestly.
I was pretty convinced before I began digging that this was a MoJ, after months of doing so, I am yet to find anything that points the other way. In fact with each new article I discover more reasons to doubt any murders took place at all.

For Halloween, I think you should get a cape. Not a cheap plastic one from Spirit Halloween, but a bespoke handmade one from Casa Seseña. When you put it on, shift your shoulders back and forth and then sweep the front edge across your shoulders, swatting anyone in close vicinity

On 20 April 1945, while Hitler marked his last birthday in the Berlin bunker, captured German generals at Trent Park heard Goebbels’ broadcast.
They switched off the radio in disgust, dismissing it as tripe.
Days later came news of Hitler’s suicide:

The judgement of Sir Robin Spencer, the single judge who refused Lucy Letby's first leave to appeal, has not been made public. I'm being stonewalled by the Court of Appeal who are bizarrely trying to claim the judgement is confidential.

It will be 6 whole years on 11th December 2026 since my dad cleared his name: 6 years. My dad is still waiting for compensation, and his health isn't improving with age. 73 and disabled. #PostOfficeScandal

Thank you Varchas. Your family knows this better than anyone. Exoneration should have been the end of the fight, not the start of another one over redress.

This is what baffles me. How could Dr Evans have been expected to give objective, critical and neutral expert opinion on the causes of death and collapse in court when it was he who had devised and advanced them on behalf of the police and the prosecution as an investigator?
Judge Goss was complicit in this obvious conflict of interest.

Thanks to the Media, the public were baying for innocent Lucy Letby's blood BEFORE the trial started.
"Leaders" in institutions such as Police, CPS, Justice System/Public Inquiry & Government ALL participated in a 'group think' mentality and fed that appetite. NO accountability.

Where do Lucy Letby myths - and there are many - actually come from?
The always excellent @AnneBoleynBooks has diligently excavated two more pieces of pure bullshit. Vapourfacts sometimes spread by a podcast whose company was paid by Cheshire Police.
