I usually film in 1.0 but if you feel like you move the phone a lot or you're scared to not catch the members then do 0.6, the quality gets worse but it's safer to be able to capture more

Then if you actually wave with your left hand make sure to wave it behind your phone and not in front of the camera

Hold it in your right hand just right under your chin! (You should tilt it slightly up because the members are really tall 😭)
