During science week we studied, researched, wondered, questioned and experimented, ending with a visit from ex-Davidian, @LibbyJackson__ OBE, Head of Space Exploration. At 7 years old whilst at St David’s her interest in space began. So inspiring and informative, thank you.

All of these things are absolutely fine if the culture is right in school. I don't think drop ins and book scrutinies are actually the issue - it's the culture of fear that makes them a problem.

Here’s a little bit of not rocket science leadership…
Listen to what people in your team are saying. They know what’s going on.

This is well worth an hour of your time. Adrian’s wellbeing INSET @BSNJSL was inspiring and motivating, showing us all how we can put student and staff wellbeing at the core of what we do. That was two years ago and Adrian’s impact is still felt every day. 👏👏

Teachers transform the lives of children, sometimes never knowing the extent of their impact which might not bear full fruit for years. We should all be incredibly grateful to teachers. The future health of our society relies on what they do now!

One pretty tiring part of the Covid situation is ensuring families always follow the correct series of actions when there's a case in their home. We made this flow chart as a reminder. Is this useful for anyone else? Anything I've missed?
