We had the privilege of Dr Adiuku visiting us for a careers assembly, sharing her role as a lecturer & researcher in Robotics & Artificial Intelligence. Hearing about how her robot Turtie works and how she followed this career path after trying to fix a radio as a child!

Amazing morning for our trust. Over 400 staff who have come together. We have been thinking about “Why we do what we do” through our trust values and vision. Great opening from Bishop Richard. Amazing session from @MusharafAsghar who was such an inspiration. Excited for the afternoon.

We have had an inspiring and thought provoking day with the @StAlbansDMAT today. We can’t wait to get back to school tomorrow and put today into action to help our pupils flourish and become lights for the world.

We’ve been really lucky to have such varied jobs for our career assemblies so far. A big thank you to Edward Grint for a wonderful assembly about life as an opera singer. We were all very impressed with the films you have also sung in! You have definitely inspired the children.
