We’re having an amazing start to our first week in nursery. We have been focusing on lots of activities to support our fine motor skills and early writing. We can’t wait to see our nursery children’s progress over the term! @StSebastiansPri #SebsEYFS

Today we discovered a letter from our friend Pirate Jim asking if we could help him to share out the shells between him and his friends 🧜‍♀️ 🏴‍☠️ We got to work using the weighing scales to check they were the same size, to make sure they were shared equally⚖️ @StSebastiansPri

We finally captured that Evil Pea! After 5 days of chaos in our classroom caused by the Evil Pea our super children have managed to catch him in a jelly trap- Phew!😮‍💨 @StSebastiansPri #SebsEYFS #SebsReading #Supertato @suehendra @PaulLinnet

To kick off our #WorldBookDay celebrations, we were visited by 2 very special guests who read us ‘Dinosaurs Love Underpants’ 🦖📚 the children absolutely loved it 😁 @StSebastiansPri @StSebsReception #SebsEYFS #SebsReading #SebsLiteracy

🔍We have a mystery on our hands!🔍 This morning as we came into our classroom, the children discovered some mystery footprints on the floor - something has been in our classroom! I wonder what it could be… 🤔 @StSebastiansPri @StSebsReception #SebsEYFS

Well done to our nursery and reception children who both guessed correctly - it was a dinosaur! The children have loved exploring our brand new topic🦖😁 @StSebastiansPri @StSebsReception #SebsEYFS
