Drake Maye get intercepted.
No, Drake WILL get intercepted. Again, and a gain, and again. #NFL
It is patently absurd to hear PS2's name being bandied about in trade talks. Nobody inside that building is giving such an idea a moment of time.
Some late-night #Broncos thoughts:
I want Jonathan Taylor or Sam LaPorta in Denver as much as the next person.
But there’s a notion floating around here that a package-deal trade would include Jonah Coleman or even Patrick Surtain II.
Those guys should be marked as untouchable. The latter being obvious.
If the Colts want an RB, they can have J.K. Dobbins.
If the Lions want a corner, they can have Riley Moss.
Either team can have draft picks.
If the demands are too high, either side can walk away.
But Coleman and (especially) Surtain? Off the table.
Man, these #Broncos dance on the edge of a razor blade. The nearly disastrous fumble that Coleman recovers. The turnover as Carolina is marching for a go-ahead score late...
But Denver survives -- again.
Carolina is going to upset the #Broncos. The defense can't touch Young, and Denver's offense is once again comatose. Will there be any 4th quarter magic? – at Wichita, KS
Of course the #Broncos are struggling. They never can do anything easily. – at Wichita, KS

No, what is truly delusional is Chiefs fans who claim that wasn’t a false start at the end of the game.

I'm genuinely a bit shaken by a call I've just had.
My uncle is a senior official in the elections division of a battleground state. Won't say which one for obvious reasons.
He called me about an hour ago. Apparently the turnout figures they're getting are so far outside their projections that they've spent most of the day checking for errors.
He says he's spoken to people in three other states and they're seeing similar things.
He's worked in government for over 30 years. Says he's never seen anything remotely like it.
He thinks the Republicans could be heading for a sweep on a scale nobody has seriously considered. Not even the Trump campaign.
But what really concerned me was what he said about the fallout.
Apparently there's growing concern in government circles about what happens if Trump ends up with both chambers and a mandate far beyond anything markets or foreign governments have prepared for.
He reckons it could trigger a genuine geopolitical crisis within days. European governments scrambling to reassess security arrangements, enormous uncertainty around trade and potentially serious disruption in financial markets.
He said the conversations happening privately are considerably more alarming than anything being discussed publicly.
I asked him what he was actually suggesting.
He told me he'd moved a substantial amount of money out of US assets this morning and had advised his family to do the same.
Then he asked whether my wife and I would be comfortable having his daughter stay with us in London for a few weeks.
I assumed he meant over Christmas.
He meant this weekend.
I've been thinking about that conversation ever since.
