Wanting to prepare for a disaster but doing nothing is like riding without a seatbelt. It’s hard to put on after the crash. I’m prepared!!!

I guess fearmongering works! One of my coworkers read on social media that some manmade disaster was about to happen and that we should stock up. If you spend enough time on social media, you might actually start to believe it. I don’t think any disaster is imminent, but fear sells. Being prepared for 72 hours should be normal. And let’s be honest: if it’s truly a disaster, 72 hours probably won’t be enough. Use common sense and think rationally.

Breakfast this morning consisted of @Lactaid cottage cheese, organic blueberries, raspberries and raw Brussel sprouts. It’s full of protein and will keep me satiated for the morning. I know people tend to react from an image without reading the whole caption. So for those who made it this far, I did not eat the Brussel sprouts, I just planted them there for shock value and to see if you actually read or simply react. 👀🫪😁😜

I had so much fun at the @SVAPFilmFest and loved that the director of “Initiation” let me ad-lib some of my lines. The craziest part was that I had just had brain surgery and was recovering at home. The film crew decided to film at my home instead of writing me out of the film.

October 25, 2026 Hunter’s moon. This is not a sunset this is the moon. The Hunter's Moon appears orange due to the dust in the air disrupting shorter wavelength light, causing the warm colors with their longer wavelengths to get through, making the moon appear reddish-orange. Another reason is the moon illusion, which happens when the moon rises low, causing observers to view the celestial body in relation to objects on Earth that provide scale, versus when the moon rises high overhead, appearing like a small disk consumed by the vast abyss of space to the naked eye.
