⚖️COURT UPDATE⚖️There is a NEW development in 24/7 Productions (USA) Inc. V. Pink Friday Productions LLC and Nicki Minaj.
The law firm Kurzman Eisenberg Corbin & Lever, LLP, which is seeking permission to WITHDRAW as counsel for Nicki Minaj and Pink Friday, has now filed additional papers documenting its attempts to serve the withdrawal motion.
According to the filings, a process server attempted to personally serve Nicki at her last-known New York residence on👇🏾👇🏾

The process server reports that👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• On October 29, the concierge contacted the residence and the server was told someone would come downstairs, but nobody did.
• On October 30, the concierge allegedly said Nicki was not there, although her husband was home.
• On November 2, the concierge said Nicki was not available and provided no additional information.
Importantly, the process server specifically stated that it could NOT confirm whether Nicki was actively evading service.
Nicki’s attorneys say they also👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• Emailed the signed Order to Show Cause and withdrawal papers to her on October 28.
• Sent the papers by Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested.
• Sent them by First-Class Mail
• Sent them by FedEx overnight delivery.
Attorney Bruce Bieber says the firm has done everything within its power to complete in-hand service and argues that the defendants have received multiple copies of the motion papers and are aware of the withdrawal request.
Judge Leslie A. Stroth’s signed Order to Show Cause required personal service but specifically instructed counsel that, if in-hand service could not be completed, the firm had to file an affirmation explaining the efforts it made to locate and serve the defendants.
That is what this November 3 filing is attempting to do.
The firm continues to ask the Court to👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• RELIEVE it as counsel for Nicki Minaj and Pink Friday.
• Continue the stay for a reasonable period so the defendants can retain new counsel.
• Grant any additional relief the Court finds appropriate.
The hearing remains scheduled for DECEMBER 1, 2026

But seriously, what exactly did Nicki Minaj gain from all this grifting? Because I keep coming back to the fact that she missed the biggest opportunity leading into 2024. Had she been brave enough to publicly throw her weight behind Trump during the campaign, when Republicans were actively courting celebrities and getting rejected by practically every relevant one; she could have negotiated a much more lucrative (monetary) deal for herself. Mind you, Nicki wasn’t even on their radar. They didn’t know who that b1tch was, not one of those rallies was playing her music (they kept using Beyonce’s , Olivia’s , Taylor’s and even Jay Z’s and these ones were sending cease and desist and taking the posts down), republicans were so desperately looking for star power, but she kept her cards close to her chest, played it safe like a coward and waited to see how things would go.
Then Trump won, and suddenly the MAGA audition began. The tap dancing, the public grovelling. She practically handed herself over to them in bulk purchase. And because they already had the power, they got to call the shots. She became useful for their photo ops, headlines and political theatrics, doing their bidding every step of the way.
Now look at the impeccable timing of karma. The midterms have delivered a blue tsunami, and her political usefulness has taken a hit. She missed the opportunity to cash in when they actually needed her, only to become their unpaid court jester and Grok AI influencer when they no longer needed to prove anything.
