Years ago, a friend of mine confirmed that Govardhan Matha had approached Divyachetan Brahmachari Vidyavacaspati, Kashi Ratnam,Acharya Vanamali Mishra Awardee, about 4 years ago. However, as I said, a formal order, not merely a request, would be necessary for him to accept.

If the next Jagadguru of Govardhan Math is someone who has never participated in śāstrārtha or lacks adequate scholarly competence, both the fanboys and genuine devotees like us will bear the blame. We will have failed in our responsibility to raise our concerns in time.

Yes, I checked.He received title half a century later,&he is currently the most recent recipient.This is significant because titles such as Ratnam, Vidyanidhi, Vidvat/Shastra Pravar,&AdvaitasiddhiRatnakar are quite common at Sringeri,but Sarvadarshanalankar is exceptionally rare

We can clearly perceive his aura when even the Uttaradhikari Jagadguru,himself a Nyāya scholar, is seen learning Nyāya during Vakyarth from MM V. Gopalakrishnan.There is a reason why, after nearly 200 years, he alone received Sarvadarśanālaṅkāra from Mahāsvāmiji Bhāratī Tīrtha.

Honestly, I do not concern myself with the Śāṅkara Maṭhas in the North, West, or South as much as I do with the Eastern Maṭha, because my province falls under its jurisdiction. Naturally, I want the next Jagadguru of the Eastern Maṭha to be the finest sādhaka and scholar.

This is the Kashi Vidvat Dharma Parishad, not the Shree Kashi Vidvat Parishad. Why is the KVDP misleading Acharyaji? However, as far as we have heard, Acharyaji. SKVP has no intention of revising the existing text. Instead, they plan to produce a new scholarly commentary.

*शंकराचार्य जी ने कहा मनुस्मृति अपरिवर्तनीय* *श्रीकाशी विद्वत परिषद न्यास की महत्वपूर्ण बैठक सम्पन्न* 22/10/26 वाराणसी। श्री विद्या मठ केदारघाट में आज श्रीकाशी विद्वत्परिषद(न्यास)की आवश्यक बैठक परमाराध्य परमधर्माधिश ज्योतिष्पीठाधीश्वर जगदगुरू शंकराचार्य स्वामिश्री: अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद: सरस्वती जी महाराज के पावन सान्निध्य में आहूत की गई।जिसमें श्रीकाशी विद्वत परिषद् न्यास के समस्त विद्वान उपस्थित रहे।इस बैठक की अध्यक्षता आचार्य कमलाकांत त्रिपाठी जी ने किया।बैठक में विद्वानों ने मनुस्मृति सहित विभिन्न विषयों पर चर्चा करते हुए विशेष रूप से पंचांग निर्माण से संबंधित जो विसंगतियां सामने आ रही है और दो तिथियां पर त्योहार मनाए जा रहे हैं जिससे समाज में भ्रम उत्पन्न हो रहा है उसमें एकरूपता हेतु बल दिया।मनुस्मृति पर हो रहे संशोधन से संबंधित चर्चाओं द्वारा समाज में फैल रहे उन्माद एवं भ्रम की स्थिति के मध्य नजर रखते हुए यह निर्णय लिया गया कि आगे प्रस्तुत संदर्भ में भारत वर्ष के विशिष्ट विद्वानों की बैठक आहूत की जाएगी।तथा एक बड़ी सभा का आयोजन किया जाएगा जिसमें देश विदेश में जो भी पांडुलिपि एवं प्रकाशन विद्यमान है उससे मूल प्रति में या भाषा मेंक्या अंतर आया है इस पर भी विचार किया जाएगा। इसके मंथन से जो वितंडावाद समाज में उत्पन्न किया गया है उससे उबरने में जनमानस को सहायता मिलेगी और भविष्य में भी यदि कोई भ्रम उत्पन्न करने का कुप्रयास करेगा तो वह प्रमाणित नहीं माना जाएगा।इस कार्य में समस्त संग्रहालयों से प्रमाणित पांडुलिपियों को इसके लिए मंगाने का प्रस्ताव आचार्य सुधाकर मिश्र ने किया। साथ ही साथ आगे की सभा में यह भी चर्चा होगी कि क्या स्मृतियों में संशोधन करने का अधिकार किसी को है यदि स्मृतियों का संशोधन होगा तो आगे वेदों में भी संशोधन की बातें चलेंगी इससे और अधिक भ्रम फैलेगा।योगेश ब्रह्मचारी जी ने प्रस्ताव रखा की परिषद् त्रैमासिक पत्रिका का प्रकाशन करेगा जिसका नाम होगा विद्वन् मनोरंजिनी इसमें बीच-बीच में जो भी विषय आएंगे उनका समाधान किया जाएगा। इस पर परमधर्माधीश शंकराचार्य जी महाराज ने कहा कि समग्र रूप से भारतवर्ष के विशिष्ट विद्वानों का आह्वान कर मनुस्मृति के अपरिवर्तनीय होने पर खुल निर्णय लिए जायेंगे एवं मनुस्मृति के वास्तविक स्वरूप को कथमपि बदला नही जाएगा।शंकराचार्य जी ने कहा कि पंचांगों के मतभेद को दूर करने एवं एकरूपता स्थापित करने हेतु ठोस कदम उठाए जाएंगे। #manusmriti #Shankracharya #avimukteshwaranand #jyotirmath #sanatandharma instagram.com/p/De3PqZqEaDy/…
