He knew he had a year of grueling rehab ahead of him—and had to accept that he might never throw the ball again the way he used to; potentially career-altering situation. He transfers in to play for the #MiamiHurricanes to rebuild and revamp after his #NFLDraft stock dropped—the projected top pick overall prior to injury—and he's immediately mocked by TMZ-like media coverage, due to dating an influencer athlete and having his sport car stolen. There's a narrative that his old Georgia crew hated him because he was a 'bad teammate' and wanted him gone ... and he became the face of all that was wrong with college football and NIL paydays; his $4-million deal a travesty—while nobody said fucking boo about Duke giving #DarianMensah a two-year, $8-million deal after his 9-4 run at Tulane. Beck missing spring ball at Miami, can't throw during summer and came into fall ice cold ... yet was working with teammates for months at this rate; watching old Bulldogs' film with true freshman receiver #MalachiToney and breaking down the connection Beck had with #LaddMcConkey at Georgia—and then rolled into a debut with #NotreDame late-August and started this run. Miami now on a seven-game win streak, on the road since mid-November and counted out at every turn ... only to punch a ticket to a national title game back home at #HardRock in ten days—but according to this biased, pro-Irish hack at @NBCSports—Beck should be "having nightmares every night between now and January 19th". What an absolutely imbecilic take from someone who doesn't understand a thing about competition, grit, heart, passion, defying odds or pulling yourself up of the fucking mat when you've been getting shit on, pissed on, spit on, stepped on, fucked with and pointed at by lesser men (and women).
