Here's how to check your entire ASIN catalog with Keepa to see which ASIN's have their brand set to Generic.
I did this on my account with 4,000 ASIN's and deleted all of them in order to prevent any section 3 Amazon notices.
Your Buy Box can turn off, and you won't know why.
Amazon has a number for it. Price above that number and your Buy Box turns off. Price below it and it stays on.
Most sellers never look at it. Here's how to find it.
Quick reference:
Above CPT, drop price, Buy Box can return
Below CPT, raise price, keep the Buy Box
No CPT shown, no ceiling
It moves, so recheck it
Check it before you touch price on anything you watch closely.
Advice to new sellers:
Hone your ability as a buyer
Enthusiasm + Capital + Inexperience is a deadly combo if you pour money into products have have no fundamentals & are essentially doomed to fail.
It can result in financial loss/poor cash flow and tie up your money for months
I ordered 2 amex employee credit cards for myself
I can set up individual login accounts for them to have the billing & shipping address match the prep center.
Going to test it on Academy.com since I'm based in California but they wont be able to tell soon enough

You're not allowed to be bored selling on Amazon.
There's always something to do:
Sourcing
Inventory Management
Repricing
Reconciling
Account Health
Book Keeping
Making Standard Operating Procedures
Testing new approaches
New websites
Networking
etc
Remember, when you're sourcing, you're buying equity and waiting for it to convert to cash.
Sometimes I'll come across a $20 profit ASIN, buy 8 and think, I just bought someone's wage for the day.
Now all I have to do is let it sell through. Blows my mind. I love this business
You can do everything right and still get smooshed.
It can be due to a number of factors out of your control:
Inexperienced Sellers
Aggressive Repricers
Sale you didn't even know existed
Someone's bought at clearance/liquidation
Sellers intentionally selling at a loss
