After working tirelessly to secure the first national drinking water standards, we faced the next hurdle today during opening arguments in the D.C. Circuit Court.

In Washington, D.C., to push back against the EPA’s dangerous move to roll back and delay protections against PFAS (“forever chemicals”) in our drinking water. Proud to stand alongside Earthjustice to defend the nation's first-ever national PFAS limits in court! 💧⚖️
If I can gather over 1,000 petitions in under 20 days, just imagine what would happen if I actually launched a recall on a corrupt politician. People are ready for change. We just need to give them a voice. 🗳️🔥
Gotta love the sudden plot twist where officials spend years deploying mass surveillance, mock anyone asking questions about data privacy, and then act like valiant civil rights heroes when they finally decide to pull the plug. 🔌
This is older footage from a Titusville meeting, but it shows exactly what I’m about. Our Constitutional rights to free speech and free press don't stop at the city council doors. I’ve always been willing to stand up and defend our community's voice, & protecting our rights.
Not long ago, an appointed Brevard County commissioner was throwing everyday people out of meetings just because they didn’t like what was being said. I stood up for those folks and defended their constitutional rights. The county lost a lawsuit and had to pay out a settlement.
Thank you Rep. Joe Casello. May you rest peacefully knowing your work on this will carry on for generations to come. floridapolitics.com/archives…
Brevard County firefighters approved a new multi-year contract in July 2025 that included wage increases. I supported firefighter raises then, and I’ll keep fighting to make sure Brevard honors its commitments now. Public safety is worth investing in. 🚒
When the EPA rolls back these drinking water protections, it doesn’t just weaken policy, it leaves toxic forever chemicals in our water and abandons communities who trusted it was safe. #cleanwater
“When the EPA rolls back these drinking water standards, it does not just weaken policy, it allows known toxic chemicals to remain in our water and abandons communities who trusted it was safe,” said Stel Bailey. earthjustice.org/press/2026/…
Our community is tired of outside lobbyists and developers trying to rezone our land, like cramming 500 homes where only 79 belong in flood-prone areas. When I stood up for Royal Oak in Titusville, I did so by using my platform to make sure their voices were heard. They won.
Funny how Mayor Connors doesn’t ask about Tom Abbate or former upper managements knowledge of theft.
Are City of Titusville elected officials minimizing the level of corruption within the individual departments?
May @BillPoseyFL rest in peace today, and may his family find comfort during this difficult time. I first met Posey in 2018, when we discovered we were both cancer survivors. Beginning in 2019, I started traveling to Washington, D.C., to work on PFAS legislation.
