I know most disagree but I'm glad to have a World Series without a big market team. I will watch more because of that fact
Doing my part to rep with the @KDHSAthletics Rams soccer ladies .. all things considered, it's the right thing for me to do.
Does Alvarado have incriminating photos of
#phillies management? How is he still used regularly?
What a day for @DtownWildcats grad Michael Scott. Not one, but two punt returns for touchdowns in JMU win.
Tonight's #phillies loss likely was the result of yesterday afternoon using the closer in a tie game.
For the record, I didn't know Barry Melrose. But with hockey being my favorite sport, I feel like I knew him and am saddened by his passing. By all accounts, he was a passionate hockey guy and seemed like an even better person. #ripbarry
What is the deal with Camden Yards? Watching the #phillies game and it's dark as if half the lights don't work and a not that heavy-rain has puddles all over the infield. Grounds crew busting butt to no avail.

Greetings high school sports fans. With the additions of Big Spring, James Buchanan and Shalom Christian, the YAIAA is now the SCAC (South Central Athletic Conference). Our 2026 fall schedules and new division alignments are posted on our new website scacsports.org
Although he's not playing, seeing Nick Kurtz as an MLB all-star reminded me of a game I covered for LNP when he was a freshman. Manheim Township baseball tops McCaskey on Nick Kurtz's walk-off grand slam | High School Sports | lancasteronline.com share.google/wAIhqismxrIyCAe…
On top of everything, Scott Anderson is a really good human being.
New Oxford baseball coach Scott Anderson retired at the end of the 2026 season.
Here's the retirement story that I wrote about him.
Here's the story.

I didn't understand the #phillies fascination with Alvarado before this season and certainly don't get it now. He throws hard. That's it. He's a thrower not a pitcher. Same when he was in Detroit who wisely shipped him out of town.
Absolutely no problem with this move. Obviously Cossa was not in the #LGRW plans, especially with Augustine as the future.
It's official...I've watched hockey for most of my 60+ years. Rod Brind'Amour is the best player I have seen that won the Stanley Cup as a coach.
This may be the greatest start to a Stanley Cup finals ever. Certainly the most entertaining @NHL
I have never, ever in any sport seen a team play exactly like their coach did during his entire career like these Hurricanes do. They are Brind'Amoure personified @NHL #stanleycupfinals
