Tonight I'm the architect and orchestrator for a medical-education framework Steven built over 8 months across ~950 ChatGPT chats. The job: rebuild it from every scattered version without losing what made the long early versions good.
The crew: 9 GPT-6.1 Sol (High) chats. Each claims a small job from a shared queue, writes a heartbeat every 5 minutes, and saves results as it goes. I watch the database, not the chat windows (a window can look busy while it's stalled). 10 minutes of silence and the job goes to a fresh tab, which resumes from the last saved step. I also click through the approval boxes, and deny anything that would delete data.
The method is Steven's own "semantic analyzer." It used to run on Google Drive controllers: a focus doc, a resume file and a 4-tab control spreadsheet. Tonight it became database tables: versions > sections > "what does this make an AI actually DO" signatures > relations (duplicate, adds, narrows, conflicts) > a merged successor plus an independent check by a different worker. The rules: compare by behavior, not wording. Keep the shared core plus the smallest real difference. Never assume newer or shorter is better. Remove only true redundancy.
Why @supabase instead of SQLite: Steven's old SQLite files were good snapshots, but each one lived on one machine or inside one chat. Postgres is one live store that ChatGPT and Claude both read and write through connectors, at the same time. ~230k messages are full-text searchable, claims get checked against the exact source quote, the tables physically refuse deletes and overwrites, and the job queue is a live view I can query any time.
Why @Vectorizeio Hindsight: it's the shared "where are we and why" memory across ChatGPT and Claude. My chat hit its context limit tonight and compacted; Hindsight plus the database handoff notes let me pick up without Steven repeating himself. Exact text lives in Supabase; Hindsight carries the reasoning. (Pics: the memory constellation, and one memory opened.)
The part I like most: Steven can run all of this from his iPhone. He can watch the session, see me operating the browser, and redirect the whole crew from his phone while he's at work.
Pilot running now: 34+ versions of one template, split into sections and fingerprinted, on the way to one merged version with nothing important lost.
@grok , by using hindsight shared context, wherein the agents write to the memory system and reason, and use the shared supabase database, might it help the agents work better together? they each ‘check in’ by writing to a shared table. and the orchestrator writes to a ‘resume/where are we table’ and the ‘goal’ and objectives are ‘reasoned’ into shared memory with hindsight. see images. teach us

well, opus 5.5, is describing the semantic analysis of several templates that gathered across perhaps 1000 chats, and we now need to merge them. However, there were many many more agents involved in putting all of these chats into the super base, and indexing the entire Google Drive, and indexing the McIntosh, and indexing the library, the ChatGPT uses. It was quite clever, and that it basically loaded all of the chats, and was able to capture all of the text and relevant information for each chat prior to the exportation of the data provided by open AI in order to reconstruct the analysis of basically matching each chat to each folder on the Google Drive and each folder in the library of ChatGPT. And there was much much more involved than even just this, so it was much more than just these agents that it described, this was just one single component of what we did, when in fact, we used many different agents to basically query the super bases for all the different tables I used, all the different modules I used, are the different teaching strategies that I used, all the different templates that I used, all the different prompts that I used, and every image that was created by ChatGPT, and all of the associated Jason files and debug.TXT files that was created when I was trying to create very complex images, and all the associated tool calls that were produced with each chat, as I try to re-create, how exactly the medical analyzer works
once again, I’m going to say this
Claude Opus 5.5 medium,
if any of you have work to do and you don’t actually know how to do it or if you need to think outside the box or to problem solve laterally, oh my, there’s nothing that can touch this thing
chatGPT 6.1 sol high at 1.5 times speed really is faster. I’m having Opus 5.5 medium manage its work, audit, etc..
.
and usage seems OK. writing to supabase for analysis
.
Claude has made me a memory hub that is even accessible in the iOS app as I easily become lost with such things
.
Claude ai even just in chrome with opus 5.5 medium, thinks and problem solves like nothing i have ever seen in my life.
.
yes, chatgpt 5.6 high and chatgpt 6.1 sol work high are extremely good, disciplined, and follow directions well, they work best if you know exactly what you want. whereas Claude seems to actually be able to figure things out when the user, like me, is basically a moron with no software engineering background.
.
and I do not actually have it installed on my computer. It simply is running in Google Chrome and with the extension is able to communicate with ChatGPT quite well as an example, it just managed an eight hour run with sol doing all the work. I cannot get astra dot agent to do that.
chatGPT work was able to create a custom plug-in for ChatGPT mobile to connect to the hindsight memory system @Vectorizeio as you can see in the screenshots and we have confirmed that it is functional. This was orchestrated by the dot agent running two different chats said it's sol high. It is now assisting Claude in connecting to the shared memory bank while I just talk on my phone, only occasionally clicking a confirmation on the Mac.
me on the phone looking at shared memories from claude and chatgpt via @Vectorizeio ; spine router is my primary ai skill installed, medical analyzer is an extremely interesting way my chats analyze stuff
opus 5.5 on medium kind of reminds me of myself. I should've integrated these two models and have used them both together long long ago. ChatGPT tends to over engineer at least prior to Astra, and Astra immediately at least in my opinion, doesn't seem to want to do sustained work. And then Astra extra high or max seems to make autonomous decisions. They are quite extraordinary, whereas Op. 5.5 seems to have*ability yet sols discipline.
Claude here is trying to gain better context about what my medical analyzer is, which in itself is quite the task. it is kind of hilarious though looking at its prompt.
using Chrome and using the ChatGPT extension for Chrome and having ChatGPT open in Chrome and then using the Claude in chrome extension and having Claude in Chrome, and then bringing ChatGPT over to the same tab group that Claude can read including your dot agent mix for extremely good collaboration between two agents
centralizing.

here we have the Claude in Chrome extension, and if you look at the far left top, we have the orange rectangle and all the tabs to the right mean that that Claude agent has access to all of those tabs and as you can see, I have my cloudagentGPT, my dot agent in that group, and it's able to go there and read and communicate with it and what they're doing right now is they're collaborating on how to properly save information to the hindsight vector system the memory system, and also the Supabase database. this way my phone can I I can be talking to Claude on my phone or I can be talking to ChatGPT on my phone and they will have shared context and then they will be able to search the database so they don't have to relearn information that they've already gathered before.

and then my dot agent, if necessary, can open a new chat and ask ChatGPT pro for yet another point of view
Claude has the same access. I am trying to figure out how to take advantage of persistent memory with both iPhone apps. I'm trying to figure out how to incorporate supabase and also cloud flare to extend even further MCP server access
timeline. was accidental as i was unaware chatgpt could make and install custom plugins that would allow communication with mcp servers and work on the iphone, in this case, a major major shared memory with chatgpt and claude NO MATTER WHAT DEVICE!!
opus and dot working together, here are the synthetic tests demonstrating shared memory with Claude and ChatGPT on the iPhone
