And now we’re down to the signing of official documents. @BenHouchen also thanks @RedcarCleveland and it’s leader Mary Lanigan, who says the “world would be a poorer place without Mary as the council’s leader.”

Joosung Lee, SeAH president and chief executive, tells audience it’s “massive factory will bring back manufacturing to Teesside”, adding it will “completely rewrite the company’s story.”
