My issue with defending Jim Harbaugh or Joe Hortiz at this point in time is that the Chargers hired this regime to make a legitimate push at a Super Bowl and I would argue they are further away from that goal right now than they were when they first got hired. I just don’t see how this regime can bounce back from such a horrific season.
