I am tired of the UPL slander.
He’s become a lightning rod for the fanbase with all the Hellebuyck business (Levi playing well in Edmonton hasn’t helped either).
But the truth is UPL has not been the problem. In fact, he’s been one of the main reasons the Sabres have been able to scrape together a decent start to the season.
The local radio personalities would have you think he is trash. Guess what? They thought Jack Quinn was trash and wanted to trade him all summer. Now he’s their Golden Boy.
UPL is a legitimate NHL goaltender.
