The 120th Congress hasn't even begun, and they're already drooling over the thought of stripping away Americans' Second Amendment rights, piece by piece.

And by the way, every Dem elected in what are normally deep-red states has plenty of reason to do this even just from a political standpoint; those reelection campaigns in six years will be much less daunting if they have a legitimately pro-2A voting record to run on.
The Second Amendment would be in far less peril if it were bipartisan, that's for sure. I've long said that if we got even 10% to 20% of elected Dems to be strong Second Amendment supporters, it would basically be permanently safe from at least the most serious infringements.
If Mr. Colom - likely soon to be Senator Colom - would like to discuss areas of common ground, I'd be happy to speak with him as I'm sure some others in the 2A community would be as well.

I brought my @FusionFirearms XP-Comp to the instructor course yesterday.
One of my instructor candidates brought an Atlas Athena.
Was my first time hands on with an Atlas piece.
My thoughts:
What was really funny was that the Fusion was slightly more accurate.
I don't think this is a general statement on cheap 2011s, more so a testament to the care and effort Fusion put into their guns.
For the money, the XP-Comp is one of the best guns out there today.
@FusionFirearms based on comments, about half the class are now buying an XP. Enjoy the sales. Y'all deserve it.

I'm seeing a ton of people arguing about the new Avatar series and I have only this to say.
1. The bending is mid. They should have brought Kisu back.
2. It's better than the Netflix show.
3. I am convinced @GregBaldwinIroh is a wizard in real life. He's not even in the show.
We are not the training academy for tacticool bros trying to be the next John Wick.
We have something more important as our mission.
Yesterday's class is a perfect example of that.
New Shooter, mom who'd never even held a gun before.
A lot of emotions come up.
And I get to be there for them.
Help them through it.
Empower them in ways they never knew possible.
When she was done, she picked the firearm back up and absolutely nailed the qual. Perfect score. I was so proud of her.
This is why I do what I do.
These are the people I'm here to help.
This is what #2A4ALL is all about.
I'm not here to break anyone down, I'm here to build them up.
I might never become a USPSA GM, or podium at a 2GACM, but this?
