"Bullying back" in the workplace is not a good solution to dealing with bullying or harassment. When someone responds to bullying with more bullying, it only creates a cycle of abuse, more intense.
The bully will flip the script and blame the innocent employee.
However, standing up for yourself in a professional manner that demonstrates your leadership abilities and ethics is the best solution and choice.
Bullying back isn't a logical decision in the workplace.
