but 80 ounces of water a day and eating I would say 50% better then before. ( I will never totally give up the foods I love. But moderation is the difference. ) , no eating after 8pm and Im now down to 254 lbs. Lowest weight in over 15 years...... – at Kearney, NE
Im not much of one to complain or whine but I think its time to share. Have had a lot of stuff happening. Which is why ive been quiet on social media. Have a kidney that is functioning at less then half efficiency, prediabetic, and some rough back issues that along with the heart stuff.. life change was needed. I was 275lbs.
