Cohere Labs, in their latest empirical study, benchmarked nearly 700,000 AI agent tools against 923 real occupations.
What they found was worse than anyone guessed: only 2.6% can actually finish a job from start to finish.

Every business, and every part of it, is shaped by strategic decisions.
No matter the department. No matter the circumstance.
Someone has to make the calls that keep the business moving in the right direction.
But good decisions need more than information.
They need insight... drawn from market dynamics. Competitor positioning. Regulation. Subsidies. Infrastructure.
Alfrada runs the research in parallel, compares the options, tests the assumptions, and surfaces the factors that could change the recommendation.
The recording below demonstrates how Alfrada runs a US market-entry study for a European electric-bike maker, turning fragmented market signals into a structured view of the entry decision.
So the team gets more than a deck that looks convincing.
They get a sourced, stress-tested hypothesis about the opportunity, with a clearer basis for deciding where to enter, what to prioritise, and what still needs to be proven.
Don’t mistake activity for insight.
Go deeper.

Sales teams have their work cut out for them.
The funding round you did not read.
The job posts that quietly reveal where the buyer is investing.
The stakeholder you should have met before the call.
The generic deck that says everything, and therefore does nothing.
Alfrada handles that homework.
In the recording, a brief for a Snowflake meeting becomes structured preparation material: growth, market share, year-on-year performance, key questions, and generated files ready to use.
The value is not simply having more account research.
It is being able to make better decisions before you walk into the room and knowing:
Who matters in this deal?
What are they likely to care about?
Where is the strongest case?
Which objection needs an answer before it becomes a problem?
Better preparation does not close the deal for you.
It gives the person in the room a much better chance of doing so.

Most people have never seen @StrategizeLabs' #Alfrada running in their element. While our single agent threads are remarkably strong, it is the #swarm mode where we truly shine.
Here we have multiple models across multiple procedurally generated agents solving a very hard problem for a Hedge Fund by arguing with one another on bear and bull cases for @Micron. This is the same theoretical work (now productised) that I and Prof Enver Yucesan of @INSEAD discussed in an @INSEADKnowledge session last year.
This took 1 hour to run in real time, but we have sped it up to under 2 minutes.
What a time to be alive.

Finance teams don’t lose time to the volume of numbers.
They lose time trying to make the numbers agree.
Eleven exports. Hundreds of invoices. A variance discovered late at night, just before the close narrative is due.
That is where Alfrada helps.
It takes the repetitive, high-volume work off the finance desk: reconciling data, normalising messy exports, extracting invoices, checking formulas, and tracing every figure back to its source file, tab, and cell.
In the recording, the brief is to turn an assumptions pack into a financial model and a clear narrative.
Alfrada builds the model, connects the statements, checks the formulas, tests a downside scenario, identifies which assumptions move cash the most, and drafts the variance commentary to match.
The result is not just a cleaner spreadsheet.
It is a working model, an audit trail, and a clearer basis for deciding what to do next.

Doing an engineering keynote in Berlin for @Huawei
Below is the abstract of the talk:
The next generation of AI agents will not be defined only by the size of the models behind them, but by how efficiently intelligence can be coordinated across constrained and heterogeneous computing environments.
Drawing on more than 50 billion tokens processed through real-world agentic workloads, this talk examines what users actually demand from advanced agents: persistence, tool use, context management, strategic reasoning, and the ability to operate across multiple domains rather than within a single narrow task.
These requirements create a fundamental infrastructure challenge. High-fidelity “polymath” agents must increasingly run across small-memory devices, edge systems, private deployments, and sovereign computing environments. This requires rethinking the software stack around model routing, memory architecture, inference placement, context compression, tool orchestration, and hardware-aware execution.
The talk presents practical lessons from building such systems at @StrategizeLabs and explores how software infrastructure must evolve in the post-AI era. The central argument is simple: the future of capable agents will not belong exclusively to the largest model or the largest datacentre, but to systems that deliver more useful intelligence per unit of memory, compute, and data movement.

OMG @OpenAI cooked in our @StrategizeLabs benchmark. Wow just wow.
We had to reset our judge models at Strategize Labs.
That's how far ahead the latest OpenAI models are. They're leading on both quality and value for money, to the point where our rating system, which does the benchmarking, had to be recalibrated to assess the new architectures correctly. Some positions shifted.
Quick observations:
1- #Luna is the best bang for the buck for non-coding work. Excel, PowerPoint, financial planning, the rest of it.
2- #Terra is great, but on Alfrada it produces similar quality to Luna. The extra money we're paying for it isn't worth it.
3- #Sol is the top model in the world today. No question about it. It's also 2x as expensive.
6- #ClaudeFable is a strong model, but GPT 5.6 Luna matches it in quality (for knowledge work...not coding) at a quarter of the cost.
7- #GLM52 and #KimiK27 are still incredible. But with OpenAI's latest, the business case for the Chinese models is no longer a slam dunk. The quality is still there. The price difference has shrunk dramatically with Luna at the helm.
When the gap between "best" and "best value" narrows this fast, the only platforms that benefit are the ones that aren't locked to a single provider.

@AnthropicAI Claude #Fable5 (aka Mythos) is available to @StrategizeLabs users on day one! Our internal #CanItRunAlfrada benchmark placed it at the very top of models that can work with our harness and thanks to our aggressive KV cache optimisation, it does not linearly double the price of #Opus4_8 despite the list price being so.
On a personal level though, I think the numbers do not do it justice. Working with Mythos feels different. I can't put my finger on it but it feels a lot more insightful/thoughtful (or at least till Anthropic dumbs it down!).
What I don't like is that Anthropic is refusing to make the model #ZeroDataRetention in the name of 'safety' which means we at S.Labs really cant use it for anything of significance internally. We recommend the same to our users - don't upload confidential files or information even on Alfrada. We cant stop Anthropic from training on and/or monitoring your secrets.

So I have been dabbling with making #Alfrada better at single shotting and remixing trailer videos. After much tinkering with prompts and rendering engines, I was able to single shot this @GhibliUSA style remix of the OG Matrix trailer complete with audio editing and watermark burn-in.
It is clearly not able to differentiate between #Neo and #Trinity and has problems with the backflips and the slow motion unnatural movements we had in @TheMatrix . Still, being able to produce something like this in under 15 minutes is still several magnitudes faster than doing it by hand. Maybe the next remix target needs to be simpler? Any ideas? @StrategizeLabs

This is the best LLM by far if you’re a manager or above. It’s genuinely insane in how much it augments strategy. It’s like having 250 PhD’s at your finger tips.
Claude Opus 4.7 dropped yesterday. #Alfrada had it live day one.
No waitlist, no waiting, just immediate access. While others wait in line, you are already building. That is the Alfrada advantage.

Most AI agents are black boxes.
You ask. They answer. But how they got there? What they remember about you? Total mystery. That bugged me for months while building hashtag#Alfred_Ada.
See, conversations on their own are usually disconnected — people naturally chat in discrete sessions limited by their specific goal at that time, topic drift is contained, nothing really links to anything else.
But memories? Memories change everything.
When you build a memory system that ties discrete conversations together, neural connections explode. Suddenly the agent has something neither raw chat logs nor simple retrieval can give you — intuition. An emergent sense of who you are.
The 3D semantic visualization below isn't a party trick. It's a live mirror of the understanding I've built with my agents over time and is different for each users. Early customers keep telling me the same thing: after turning on Digital Twin Memories, hashtag#Alfred_Ada just... wake up. Within a few conversations, they know you. Not perfectly — but enough to matter.
That's the real north star here. Not flashy demos. Not benchmarks. You.
What's the line between "useful assistant" and "someone who actually gets me"? I think it looks a lot like this.
