Small businesses are essential to a thriving community. That’s why we’re creating new funding to support businesses to cover the costs of repairing & preventing vandalism to their establishment. This $10.5M fund is just one way we are taking action to support BC Small Businesses.
Amazing advocacy work by @BusinessAreasBC! We are looking forward to the implementation of this program to support small businesses in BC.
In response to our work with govt, BIABC is pleased the Province has responded to our urgent calls to address rampant crime and vandalism impacting communities across BC with the $10.5 million Securing Small Business Rebate Program.

Thanks to everyone at @StrathconaBIA in Railtown for the tour today. We saw a new, mixed-use building on Railway Ave. with a grand atrium, and views of the city & port, plus watched @boccidesign create beautiful lights from molten glass, and enjoyed a 🤤 meal at @BelgardKitchen. – at Vancouver, British Columbia

We’re so devastated to see some of our Strathcona members displaced yet again because of a building fire.
Times like these we need to wrap our community members in support wherever we can. Sending ♥️ to all of the businesses affected. – at Vancouver, British Columbia
