After running the equivalent of 386 Marathons in 352 Days he set the world record and became the first person to run the entire length of Africa in under a year!
As a part of Menโs Mental Health Awareness month, Russ joined us to share his story with us about his journey across 16 countries which was filled with everything from kidnapping and robbery to food poisoning along the way. All proceeds are donated to @StrongmenOrgUk, an organisation dedicated to supporting men following bereavement.
