your dreams, and how badly you want that championship, but here's the difference between you and me: I don't just dream about standing at the top of WSW. I know I belong there. I've fought, I've sacrificed and I've beaten men who thought they were untouchable.

ring with me. Because I'm not another name on your list of opponents, Stuart. I'm Alex Fury, the Intercontinental Champion, and I've spent far too long proving my worth in this business to let somebody like you stand in the way of my destiny. You can talk about your ambitions,

Inside the ring, the referee slides between Alex Fury and Stuart De Bruyne. He checks both competitors, then signals toward the timekeeper and motions for both men to get ready. Fury slowly rolls his shoulders, eyes locked on De Bruyne. De Bruyne backs into his corner, bouncing lightly on his feet as he keeps his focus on the Intercontinental Champion. At commentary, Joestar watches silently. The camera slowly pulls back, capturing the entire arena—the two competitors ready for battle, Joestar seated at commentary, and the crowd on its feet.

Stuart De Bruyne: Would you two shut the hell up? I've been standing backstage listening to this little pissing contest, and apparently everybody forgot there are other people in this company who can actually BACK UP what they say. Fury, you're worried about Michael. Michael, you're worried about Fury. That's adorable. But tonight? THIS ISN'T ABOUT EITHER ONE OF YOU. The crowd reacts with a mixture of cheers and boos. De Bruyne smirks, pacing slowly around the ring.

Stuart De Bruyne: Last week, I walked back into WSW after being gone for a long damn time. And I didn't come back to shake hands, take pictures, or remind everybody how much they missed me. I came back and stepped straight into competition. First round of the Number One Contender Tournament—and I WON. No excuses. No shortcuts. No begging management for an opportunity. I earned my place in that semifinal, and tonight I'm standing across from Alex Fury. Fury stares at him from across the ring, gripping his championship.

Suddenly, a new theme hits. @StuartDeBeWSW's MUSIC BLASTS THROUGH THE ARENA. The building erupts. Stuart De Bruyne steps onto the stage, soaking in the reaction for only a moment before his expression changes. He looks toward the ring, then begins walking down the ramp with deliberate confidence. He reaches the ring, climbs onto the apron and steps through the ropes. De Bruyne looks at Fury, then Joestar, before slowly raising the microphone.

Joestar steps through the ropes and drops down to the floor. The crowd continues roaring as he walks around the ring toward the commentary desk, never once looking back at Fury. Fury remains in the ring, staring after him, while Stuart De Bruyne watches Joestar leave with a cold, unimpressed expression. Joestar reaches the commentary desk and greets Michael Hayes with a firm handshake before taking his seat beside him. He settles back in his chair, folds his arms and turns his attention toward the ring.

Stuart De Bruyne: And Alex, don't mistake that for disrespect. I know exactly what you are. You're dangerous. You're tough. You're the Intercontinental Champion. But tonight you're not fighting Michael Joestar. You're not fighting your past. You're fighting ME. And I'm not interested in your excuses, your history, or whatever victory speech you've rehearsed for later tonight. YOU WANT THE WORLD TITLE? SO DO I. AND ONLY ONE OF US GETS TO KEEP WALKING TOWARD IT. Joestar slowly raises his microphone, stopping De Bruyne before he can say another word. He looks at him for a moment, then gives a slight nod.

Fury shoves the microphone toward Joestar's chest. Alex Fury: Because here's what you're not going to do. YOU'RE NOT GOING TO STOP ME. Tonight, I'm walking into that semifinal, and I'm walking out of it one step away from the WSW Championship. You can stand in my way, you can scream in my face, you can make this personal until the day we fight at Blood Rising—but tonight, NOTHING is stopping Alex Fury from qualifying for those finals. Joestar stares at Fury without blinking. The tension inside the ring becomes almost unbearable.

Stuart De Bruyne: I've missed this place. I've missed the noise. I've missed the pressure. I've missed walking through that curtain knowing that everybody in this building is waiting to see whether you can actually deliver. But don't confuse nostalgia with weakness. I didn't come back because I missed WSW. I CAME BACK BECAUSE THERE'S SOMETHING HERE THAT BELONGS TO ME. De Bruyne points toward the championship imagery on the giant screen.

Michael Joestar: You wanted my attention, and you got it. You wanted me to acknowledge you, and now you have my full attention. You wanted to know whether I could stand in your way? Yeah, Alex. I’m standing in your way now. And as long as I'm standing here, as long as I'm the obstacle between you and that championship, YOU AREN'T GOING ANYWHERE NEAR THAT TITLE. Joestar holds Fury's gaze for another long moment. He doesn't say another word. He simply lowers the microphone, drops it to the canvas and turns away.
