Hey @TeclastOfficial ... My P20HD is only 3.5 months old and has stopped booting into Android... Won't recover and a factory reset does not work. Very disappointing as it's well looked after. Can you let me know what your warranty policy is to cover this problem please?

Why are people not absolutely up in arms about this? This is an appalling statistic. How can we improve this? Manadatory 20mph limit in our built up areas for one.
