AuDHD IS WILD. • I notice any tiny sign that you're upset with me but miss all the signs that you actually like me. • I need structure, guidance, and clear expectations. Just don't tell me what to do. • I can spend hours creating the perfect routine and approximately three days following it. • I can accomplish a week's worth of work in one afternoon but one appointment at 2 PM will ruin my entire day. • I want to be included but hope the plans get canceled. • My brain wants stimulation and silence, preferably at the exact same time. • I struggle to start something but once I get started, can't make myself stop. • I want everyone to understand me but would rather disappear than have to explain myself.
