What actually mattered at @SuiNetwork Basecamp 2026:

3. AI infra: @googlecloud × @Mysten_Labs launched Verifiable Agent Arbiter (VAA), with proofs anchored on Sui + @WalrusProtocol. @alibaba_cloud services now payable via Sui Agent Payments
4. @SamsungMobileUS Wallet → gasless USDC on Sui, up to 82M eligible Galaxy devices (US first)
5. @circle CCTP V2 live on Sui: native USDC moves between Sui and 29 other chains. No wrapped tokens
6. 40.6M TPS live, @CertiK-verified, via 10,000+ Sui Tunnels settling to Sui
7. The 2027 narrative: the agentic economy. Agents that pay, prove and settle onchain
8. Why build on Sui now: one full stack from Mysten. Sui for execution, Walrus for storage, @DeepBookonSui for liquidity, Hashi for BTC. Plus real distribution (Samsung) and real partners (Google, Alibaba, Circle)

"With Samsung Wallet, what happens to @phantom, @MetaMask and other wallets?"
My answer: nothing. Different users.
Samsung Wallet is USDC-only. No SUI, no DeFi. It competes with Western Union, not Phantom.
DeFi users stay where they are. Samsung brings people who would never download a crypto wallet, moving real, non-speculative money on Sui. That's the next wave.
