关于本次安全事件，大家对技术细节有不少疑问，就目前掌握的信息，这里统一说明几点： 1️⃣ 这不是攻破一台电脑就把钱转走了 这并不是一次通过单一设备就能完成的事件，一个员工电脑被黑是这个攻击的起点。针对加密机构的攻击通常具有较强的针对性，攻击者往往尝试利用了复杂的手段实施渗透。 我们已经发现与事件相关的重要线索，并已第一时间采取措施控制风险，相关调查和溯源工作仍在持续进行中。现阶段，平台核心风控和应急机制已经启动，用户资产安全是我们的首要保障。 2️⃣ 关于"工程师是不是权限过大" 这并不是攻击者直接利用某位工程师权限即可完成资金转移的事件，也不是单一人员可以“一键操作”造成的结果。相关异常涉及更复杂的攻击过程。需要强调的是，现阶段调查并未将责任归因于任何个人，公司将承担相应责任，并持续推进后续处置与安全升级工作。 3️⃣ 目前能确认的事实 没有发现钱包私钥泄露的证据。用户资金安全，本次事件造成的全部被盗损失由 SAFU 基金和公司资金全额承担，不需要用户承担。目前链上已冻结约 30 亿美元受影响资产，我们正配合执法部门和区块链情报机构追查，链上资金流向公开可查。 4️⃣ 充提状态 充值全程正常开放，未受影响。提现作为预防性措施已暂停，预计在48小时内开放，具体时间以官方公告为准。我们理解这对大家造成了不便，会尽快同步进展。 5️⃣ 后续 我们会在确保调查准确性的前提下，持续同步进展，并在事件处置和复盘完成后公布详细情况和进一步的安全加固措施。该暴露的问题我们会正视，不会含糊。 感谢大家的耐心和监督。

Acabo de comprar un segundo dispositivo en una ubicación diferente de Mediamarkt hoy, grabé el proceso de desempaquetado y descubrí spyware una vez más (video enlazado en el segundo tuit). El dispositivo estaba comprometido de exactamente la misma manera, presentando modificaciones idénticas (como cables adicionales y un módulo LTE). Esto indica que se trata de un problema generalizado en lugar de un incidente aislado, que potencialmente afecta el inventario de Ledger en tiendas MediaMarkt y Saturn en toda Europa (que comprende más de 1.000 tiendas en 11 países). Ledger is investigating reports of loss of funds from users in South East Asia who purchased products from a reseller named CryptoBillis. As a precaution, and pending the results of our investigation, we have asked CryptoBilis to pause all sales and shipments of Ledger devices. We recommend Ledger users who purchased from this reseller in the last 90 days to not initiate set up if you have not done so yet. If you have set up your Ledger device, consider moving assets to a new Ledger signer (with new seed). We will continue to inform customers of updates as the investigation progresses.
