After reading some of the comments. I do understand that this is a job for some people and they need money for living expenses food ect.
If youโre communicating regularly, follow through with your TAT. have many happy clients finished commissions.

Being extremely excited and happy about something youโve commissioned. Just to be shelved and waiting foreverโฆ
Then being told you cannot have a refund because theyโve SPENT the money.
Being forced to then WAIT. This has happened to so many of my good friends.
ALSO continuing to TAKE commissions. When you have people still waiting for JUST an update is also wrong.
This is peopleโs HARD earned money.
People trust you to deliver goods.
And I cannot explain nor express the absolute HEARTBREAK. That comes from being left on read (1/2)
The amount of people who have told me artists they are commissioning tell them NO REFUND. And havenโt given them updates in months. If not YEARS.
Is appalling. Itโs wrong, and itโs scammy.
