Fruitful Rooster CEO Charles Sowell Kellam got a lawyer letter warning that any visit will be treated as trespassing and could bring police.
Kellam: "They blatantly and conveniently overlook the fact that Ruby is a service animal, and a leash prevents her acts of service."
While Nordstrom says he kept bringing his dog in unleashed and berated staff, he says it has never produced security footage of those claims.
