When we think of reading aloud, we often associate it with kids. But adults benefit, too.
Research suggests the act of reading aloud may improve memory, cognitive function, focus and mood. nyti.ms/3uNE9UX
#Sped #504 Anyone have an easy way for students to log in/out when they go for inclusion support? Example- using a GoogleForm, an app, etc… some way to keep up with the students coming in and out and what subjects needing assistance with. TIA!

Teachers — worry about it Monday. You can wake up early, grab a coffee in your kitchen, check your email and log in to your staff meeting. You’ll figure out what to do then. Worry on Monday. Not today. Not tomorrow. MONDAY. Happy New Year all. :)

Not sure most people understand the number of high quality and hard working teachers who are truly on the verge of breakdowns due to being overworked and overwhelmed this school year.

I’ve spent, and will continue to spend, much time in prayer regarding this upcoming school years.
From teaching staff, to administration, to support staff, to students & families, and decision makers.
There are no easy answers. But our God remains in control.

I know a lot of tools are being offered free right now but...
It is a mistake to use and fall in love with a product that is not going to be supported after all of this.
We need districts to redo their budgets to get teachers the tools they need. Free is not sustainable
