आज आशुतोष रांका और सौरव दास की न्यायिक हिरासत को लेकर हुई सुनवाई के दौरान दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने जो सवाल पूछे, वे पूरे देश को जानने चाहिए।
उनकी न्यायिक हिरासत तिरंगे को लेकर नहीं, बल्कि उस बॉन्ड की शर्तों का पालन न करने के कारण हुई है, जिस पर उन्होंने हस्ताक्षर किए थे। बॉन्ड पर हस्ताक्षर करने के कुछ ही घंटों के भीतर उन्होंने अपने पीस बॉन्ड की शर्तों का उल्लंघन किया, जिसका खुलासा आज सुनवाई के दौरान हुआ।
जो विक्टिम कार्ड लेकर वे घूम रहे थे, वह आज दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट के सवालों से तार-तार हो गया। दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने उनसे उनकी उम्र पूछी। एक ने अपनी उम्र 27 वर्ष और दूसरे ने 31 वर्ष बताई।
इस पर कोर्ट ने स्पष्ट किया कि यदि आपकी उम्र 27 और 31 वर्ष है, तो आप Gen Z नहीं हैं।

मैंने संजय राउत @rautsanjay61 के खिलाफ भारतीय न्याय संहिता (BNS), 2023 की धारा 353(1)(b), 152, 196 और 197 तथा सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम, 2000 की लागू धाराओं के तहत तत्काल FIR दर्ज करने की मांग को लेकर @CPDelhi और संयुक्त पुलिस आयुक्त, @DCP_IFSO को औपचारिक शिकायत दी है।
यह शिकायत अल्बानिया के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय को जलाए जाने की घटना का उल्लेख करने और भारत सहित सभी देशों को ऐसी घटनाओं से सबक लेने की बात कहने वाली उनकी सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट को लेकर की गई है।
शिकायत में संवैधानिक संस्थाओं के विरुद्ध हिंसा को कथित रूप से बढ़ावा देने के मामले की जांच की मांग की गई है।

मीडिया: पेड ट्रोल्सचा तुम्हाला इतका फरक पडतो. दुसरीकडे मोदीजी आहेत, ज्यांनी तुम्ही त्यांच्यावर इतकी टीका करूनही तुमच्याबद्दल एक शब्दही बोललेला नाही.
दिपके: ते का बोलतील? त्यांनी कधीच कोणतीही जबाबदारी स्वीकारलेली नाही.

पत्रकार: मोदीजीही तुमच्या आजोबांच्या वयाचे आहेत. तरीही त्यांच्या आईला शिवीगाळ करणाऱ्या लोकांचा बचाव करण्यापूर्वी तुम्ही दोनदा विचार केला नाही.

अभिजीत: तुम्हीही पैसे घेऊन काम करणाऱ्या मोदी मीडियातील दिसता. आशा आहे की तुम्ही कधीतरी या देशाच्या हितासाठीही बातम्या दाखवाल.
