Grammarly and Superhuman share one idea: AI should help you do your best work and leave the final call to you. Superhuman CEO @shishirmehrotra explains how Grammarly built its product around that idea, and why it now runs through every product in the Superhuman suite. Human-centric AI sits at the center of everything we build at Superhuman.

We’ve been dogfooding AI views, a new feature in Superhuman Docs, for the past few months. The whole team is a little bit obsessed, me included! I plan my trips on a one-year calendar and have never found one formatted the way I want. I wanted it aligned on week boundaries. Make it thin, and it’s 52 rows of one week. A little wider, and it’s 26 rows of two, then 13 rows of four, etc. The columns stay Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, so I can shade in the weekdays. So I described it to AI views. Now it’s in a doc right next to my travel notes, and when I add a trip to the table with all my travel details, it shows up on the calendar. There are truly infinite use cases, and no code is needed. If it’s off, I just tell it what’s wrong and get a fix. If you build something you love, send it my way

Build custom AI agents with @Superhuman Go, then add them to Slack. ⚡ These agents work right in your channels: prioritizing accounts, answering product questions from GitHub, and turning support docs into instant answers. No need for app-switching. Try it out for yourself: sforce.co/4ihSYF7

#4 and going strong!
The seventh edition of our Top 100 Consumer AI Apps is here. New this time: a revenue leaderboard, alongside the usual web and mobile traffic rankings. Three years ago we published the first edition. ChatGPT was #1, Claude was unranked, and the entire category was chatbots, image generators, and not much else. In today's edition: - ChatGPT still holds the throne, now with 1B+ monthly actives on mobile - Claude has climbed to #3 on web with nearly 1B monthly visits - The category has expanded to vibe coding (Lovable, Cursor, Replit), music (Suno), design (Figma), voice (ElevenLabs), video (Higgsfield, Kling), agents (Manus), and even hardware (Plaud) Full breakdown from @omooretweets: a16z.news/p/top-100-consumer…

We’re celebrating Inbox Zero Day! Clear your inbox in Superhuman Mail and enjoy the view. Who’s joining us?
Today is Inbox Zero Day. 🎉 It’s an annual @SuperhumanMail ritual where the team celebrates clearing out their inboxes with fun surprises. Inbox Zero is a ritual I practice daily, and I think most people misunderstand the concept. It isn’t about chasing an empty inbox all the time, which can feel unrealistic and stressful. Instead, I approach it as a processing habit—a way to triage, decide, and act—so your inbox doesn't double as your to-do list or compete for your attention. If you want to try it, today’s the day! I challenge you to beat my 823-day streak.

After months of heads-down grinding, I’m proud to share that the @GPTZeroAI team has released the world’s most accurate AI detection model, GPTZero 4o. It’s called 4o because there are four zeros: we mark less than one in 10000 human texts as AI, evaluated across diverse passages of student writing. At the same time, we detect Claude Fable with 98.4% accuracy. We outperform Pangram in 3rd party benchmarks. Along the way, our research found major biases in the Pangram detector.

We’re thrilled to announce that @FathomDotAI is now part of Superhuman! Fathom has built an incredible AI notetaker that helps teams capture, search, and act on what happens in meetings. Bringing Fathom into Superhuman adds an important source of context to our suite—connecting what people discuss and decide with email, documents, data, and the apps and websites where they work. We’re incredibly excited about what we can build together. Welcome to Superhuman, Fathom team!
