Let's put the facts on the table.
@mfxtradings has already received THREE payouts from Sure Leverage, totalling $5,151.17. Every single one was processed within our promised 24 business hours.
I've attached all three payout certificates. The payment history speaks for itself.
Now, let's address the actual issue.
1. VPN Usage Is Strictly Prohibited.
Our General Platform Rules explicitly prohibit VPN and VPS usage.

The trader himself has publicly admitted to using a VPN.
Furthermore, we have the relevant IP address records documenting the activity that triggered our investigation.
This is not a random accusation, nor is it a decision made without evidence. Our investigation was based on account-integrity checks, documented IP activity, and the rules every trader agrees to before purchasing an account.
Let's get one thing straight:
Receiving three previous payouts does not give anyone permanent immunity from our rules.
Being unhappy with an investigation does not make a rule violation disappear.
And taking a complaint to social media does not change the evidence or override our policies.
We stand by our rules, our investigation, and our decision.

UPDATE My Payout Has Been Rejected & My Account Terminated by @SureLeverage . 🚨
Here’s what happened.
Sure Leverage rejected my payout and permanently closed my account, citing VPN usage, IP changes, and alleged CID issues.
Let me clarify what actually happened:
I accidentally left my VPN running in the background for approximately 20–30 minutes because I had turned it on for another purpose and forgot to switch it off.
Yes, my IP changed during that period, but my trading device and CID remained the same.
I immediately explained the situation to their Risk Team and offered every possible form of verification, including a live video call and any other proof they required. Unfortunately, they weren’t willing to listen.
And that’s not the only issue.
When I purchased my account, there was no Minimum Profitable Days rule. After my first payout, they suddenly introduced this requirement. Despite believing that new rules should apply to newly purchased accounts rather than existing ones, I accepted the change and continued trading under their conditions.
I then generated my next payout through consistent trading.
And suddenly, my account was terminated.
My question is simple:
Does an accidental VPN mistake for 20–30 minutes justify rejecting an entire payout and permanently banning a trader, especially when the trader is willing to provide every possible verification?
I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m asking for a fair investigation.
A genuine mistake should be investigated, not automatically treated as proof of wrongdoing.
Sure Leverage, I gave you every opportunity to verify my identity and trading activity. Why wasn’t I given a fair chance?
Traders deserve transparency, consistency, and fair treatment.
