1) Another 27 ETH has been removed from the Swarm City multisig in three 9-ETH transactions this morning. It appears @BerndLapp and Kingflurkel (Michelle Thuy) are draining what remains of the original over $500,000 in the multisig.

Anyone in crypto advocating for transaction censorship should be shunned. The entire point of crypto is censorship resistance. Thank Satoshi for that. Worried about theft? Don't put your funds in CEXs, they obviously don't care if they get hacked.
"THORChain voluntarily chose to launder sanctioned funds for the North Koreans. There are consequences for that." Austin on why THORChain is a cleaner DOJ case than Tornado Cash "This is where I think the THORChain folks have now got themselves in a serious pickle. You showed that you have the capability to stop your chain when you choose to do so, and you chose not to do so here. That is very different than infrastructure that has no off switch." "If you got exploited yourself and there was no way to fix it and it just happened, okay, I buy your claim of decentralization then, because the point at which you really would use it is when you are being harmed. And if you don't, that's pretty good evidence you can't." "However, THORChain did. They transparently did. They stopped the chain when there was an exploit. They've done it. They showed they have the capability." "So to me, this is actually a much cleaner case for people at the DOJ than something like Tornado Cash - where it was never turned off. This one's clearly, you have elective control over the network, and you're choosing when to use it and choosing when not to use it."

Gracy Chen's exchange just lost hundreds of millions of dollars of customer funds. Her response is a campaign to assign responsibility to THORChain — infrastructure that worked exactly as designed. The vault failed. The rails did not. Blaming the rails is what you do when you cannot explain the vault. And censorship resistance is not "a design choice." It is the only property that makes crypto worth building. Everything else is a bank with worse UX.
Bitget left the vault open. Now THORChain is supposed to be the cop? Going live with @patriotsounds in 10 mins to talk about the Bitget hack, THORChain, and who should get to freeze your money nitter.gq/i/spaces/1yJAPwyPbAnGb…

I can't tell you how surreal this is. Seven months ago I learned about @openclaw, bought a Mac Studio and started learning. Six months ago I began building @paneaiapp to replace the need for copy/pasting between Discord (comms), Evernote (documents), and Trello (project management). Today I can finally say Pane works better with OpenClaw than those three apps combined, because Pane now allows your Agent to reply multiple times without being asked. It was the last piece in the puzzle to make Discord obsolete. So I can give Brit a multi-step task, and she completes it, checking in with me after every step. This is just one of many things that makes Pane special. If you use OpenClaw there is no better interface than Pane.

You, your AI, and your work. Under one roof. Pane is live. Local-first. Bring your own AI: Anthropic, OpenRouter, Ollama. Pairs natively with OpenClaw. Mac and Linux → paneapp.ai

The loudest voices in AI can't answer the simplest question: what do regular people get? Kevin O'Leary is spending $100 billion on AI. When asked/He answered: - What do regular people get? "Nobody knows." - Why build it? Beat China. - Why subsidize it? "Welcome to America, buddy." These questions have real answers. The men spending the billions just don't have them. And the answers decide whether our AI future is the utopia or the dystopia.

3) It looks like the Swarm City Association (located in Switzerland) was shut down in April 2025. Without transparency, is there a reasonable conclusion beyond Bernd, Thuy, and other interested parties pocketing the ETH for themselves?

More ETH keeps moving, slowly draining the Swarm City Association multisig. This time .375 ETH. What was hundreds of ETH (return from the Parity Multisig Wallet Hack) is now down to ~30.

Replying to @SwarmCityDApp
Are you sure that's a multisig? So if someone is stealing that eth it's not just one person, it's a bunch of people?

While Frank waits for a response to his request, he checks out some of the others in the TaskBunny marketplace. Maybe he'll hit reply and take Ellis' dog for a walk? Back to his request, if no one responds maybe he'll have to cancel 🤔
