Loving how the Kent FA are claiming Alessia Russo as one of their own! The same Kent FA that backed the KGLFLs decision last summer to ban girls from playing Saturday JPL and Sunday Kent League football that affected hundreds of girls across the county - absolute jokes

Nothing quite like Fridays Under The Lights!
Thank you to @MidKentBaBas for hosting the fixture, the players from both sides for playing the game in exactly the right spirit and the fantastic support from all who came to watch.
Our first ever game!
Huge thanks to @Trinity7oaks_PE for giving us our first ever run out. Plenty for us to work on and a heap of positives too! More importantly, played in the true spirit of #rugby 🙏🏼

We were all prepped for a tough and physical showdown today playing Tonbridge School (4ths.) However the team took the challenge within their stride and came home with a 19-12 win! Stand out performances from Drew M. and Toby S. Well done lads!

AND WE ARE OFF!!
Late drama led to jubilant scenes at the final whistle as the Trinity Rugby Academy edged their first ever competitive match 20-19 against @StOlavesRUGBY1. Terrific rugby played by both sides as the lads stuck together to grind out the win!
What a completely unnecessary mess and upset for so many girls, parents and coaches. Poor show @KGLFL, too proud to admit your mistake?? – at Plymouth, England

@KGLFL have voted to deny girls the opportunity to play for the Kent League and also the @JPLGirlsLeague (whilst boys are able to). The limiting of opportunities for girls to play football is inherently wrong. Girls should have a choice. Simple as. #inequality #footballforall – at Greenwich, London
