The US government rolled out Armored vehicles and troops in tactical gear to terrorize American Vapor Distributors on behalf of Big Tobacco.
The GOVERNMENT held up our American made Vapor products and lied through their teeth.
They claimed 90% of products seized were "Chinese illicit vapes" in reality they seized 90% American made e-liquid products
They suggested my products which have saved millions of Americans from the deadliest addiction in human history, smoking, were possibly tainted with fentanyl.
They know they are lying
They did this at the behest of Big Tobacco. To protect them from the mass exodus of smokers quitting the deadliest addiction in human.
Because they care more about the blood money they earn killing Americans than they do about life saving products protecting American citizens from the deadliest products in human history.

REMINDER: Rats are not tiny people. People do not vape while crammed in tiny chambers and blasted with full-body-exposure. We are not held in a state of sheer terror for hours when WE vape. We do not lick our own fur, and we do not groom each other with our tongues (much).

FDA is seizing "Chinese vapes to protect teens."
CDC surveys show very few teens use these 'flavored' disposables, and use is dropping.
Coincidentally, Big Tobacco has been complaining LOUDLY to investors and lawmakers: "Those products undermine our cigarette sales."

Media myths vs. EVIDENCE:
Disposable vapes DO NOT contain more nicotine than a pack of cigarettes. A disposable contains 40 mg and a pack of 20 cigarettes contains 250 mg of nicotine.
There is NOT strong evidence vaping is a gateway to smoking.
Most young people who try vaping DO NOT get addicted to nicotine. Those who do vape are much less likely to be dependent than those who smoke.
E-cigarettes have been on the market for 15 years and have been the most popular quitting aid since 2013. During that time vaping has NOT BEEN associated with widespread health problems.
An outbreak of lung injuries (‘EVALI’) in the US in 2019 WAS NOT caused by vaping nicotine, but by vaping cannabis.

Hey @DrMakaryFDA, Concsider this a post-it, stick it on you desk, would ya? It's something the FDA seems to forget often.

The Cochrane Review finds that nicotine e-cigs increase quit rates by 59% compared to nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) and 96% compared to behavioral support alone. Yet, instead of embracing this public health victory, e-cigarettes have been vilified, overtaxed, and regulated.

Gotta love it when the “safe” alternative they offer is more dangerous than the life saving technology they want to ban. (All due to a drop in Tobacco Tax revenue)
Show me the “bad” ingredients in #vape juice compared to their preferred option!

Why does it feel like those trying to quit smoking are being stripped of the 95-99% Safer Options?
Oh yea, they would rather serve us 7000 toxic chemicals in cig and treat us later with Big Pharma Drugs and hospital stays which we all pay for. FDA is apparently for🚬!😡😡😡😡

So, @DrMakaryFDA, what about the 500,000 annual deaths from smoking. You didn't even mention this, yet it is the number ONE public health challenge today.
But smoking also has a solution available right NOW that will solve this public health catastrophe and that is vaping. To date, 14 million Americans have already quit smoking by flavored vaping. Its cessation efficacy is far more successful than any Big Pharma products and 95%+ safer than smoking. You simply need to promote vaping and correct the misinformation the FDA has spread for the last 10 years. This will also save taxpayers billions annually that is spent treating smoking related illnesses.
AND your CTP must approve more vaping products from American companies. The CTP is mandated by LAW to render a decision within 180 DAYS of a PMTA filing. Yet thousands of PMTAs from hundreds of small American companies were filed over THREE YEARS ago without a decision or even a letter from the FDA. I am talking about small independent manufacturers and not Big Tobacco products which is all the FDA approves. It appears to the public that you are helping Big Tobacco to monopolize vaping and crushing its competition. All the products are virtually the same so there is no reason not to approve products not made by Big Tobacco.
Failure to promote vaping and approve vaping products is the most appalling failure of the FDA's legal responsibilities, yet YOU completely ignore these failures while 1,300 Americans die EVERY DAY from smoking.
Get your priorities straight and fix this. This doesn't mean more enforcement against illicit Chinese vapes. It means approve American products and the Chinese problem will go away on its own.
AND in case you weren't aware, one of Trump's @POTUS @realDonaldTrump first campaign promises was to save flavored vaping. You are doing the opposite AND IGNORING the 500,000 annual DEATHS caused by smoking when the answer is right in front of you.

This kind of study does not provide reliable or applicable toxicological data for real-world vaping. By using an artificially intense puffing regimen, the researchers have essentially created conditions that do not exist in typical use scenarios. This renders their findings irrelevant for risk assessment, regulatory decisions, or consumer education.
Studies like this often get cited in alarmist media coverage or policy briefs—but they are, in effect, lab-based stress tests, not real-world toxicity evaluations.
Well, this could be concerning:
"Toxic elements (lead, antimony, nickel) in smoke of disposable e-cigarettes exceed noncancer and cancer risk thresholds due to leaching from coils and internal metallic components."
But then the researchers call it "smoke".
