the only 2 times in $googl history as a public traded company when RSI oversold to 21 were:
yesterday
and March 2008.
in 2008, the stock bounced back 45% right after.
right now $googl at vwap support from 2025 tariff tantrum; weekly demand, monthly demand, falling wedge support zone.
stock trades at 14X earning as if it's a staple company.
while in reality, it's cloud growth on triple digits right now.
someone just opened $18million delta on September 2027 $320 call on Friday.
this looks pretty scary because it says peak is in in the year of 2026. so i did my study on $spx and found out the past 5 samples, 3 are false, which is 1935,1953, 1989 market did not peak nor had significant drawdown right after.
even a real bear market, the price doesn't go straight down.
so I expect at least a 10% bounce to retest 50dma from here.

I put my daughter’s entire college fund into $googl last week with price rang from $277-$282. I’m following Warren Buffett the goat.
liberation day drawdown vs now. I think the worst is over.

Both S Korea and Taiwan government intervened with loosing brokerage collateral restrictions or deploying funds to stabilize the market overnight . Fed or treasury will come to help too if the market continues declining.
Some good questions 👇to be honest with oneself here.
I used to panic sell often during market drawdowns then I realized one of the main reasons is I don’t have enough money at my checking account to cover at least 3 months expenses. Now I always make sure I have at least 10 months expenses saved somewhere separate from brokerage account.
The market is still up meaningfully this year and has been on a ripper for the last few. So now is an important time to ask yourself:
Are you nervous about your portfolio right now? If so, something is wrong:
- Do you have 6-12 months of expenses in savings?
- Are you spending more than you make?
- If you hold individual stocks, how correlated are they? Are they really one position?
- What % of your net worth is your largest position? Is it too big?
- Be honest: have you lived through a large drawdown before? How well do you know yourself? Will you panic? How do you know? How do you really know?
For some people these questions might seem silly. But I guess my account is pretty big now and if I can get some people to honestly reflect on how they’re positioned while the market is still up a lot I think that’s worth doing
This is not a market call. I have no idea what the market will do. This is about good financial hygiene so you don’t panic and do something stupid.
Trump from pre-election: If Dem wins we will have a 1929 type depression
To after election: there are so many things I can work with Democrats.
What’s the 180 degree change?
2 reasons:
(1)Republicans do not want to totally destroy themselves.
(2) we can’t afford another recession like Covid crash that will send long end to north 7% and gold to $9000
So yes no one wants a market crash!
