Bird’s eye view, if this pace continues, we won’t need data centers in 10 years. #datacenter

I got tired of CRMs that take a week to set up and $50 a month to keep. So I built Two-Minute CRM. Answer 7 quick questions and it builds a CRM that fits how you work, right in your Google Sheets. Your stages, your follow-up alerts, a live dashboard. Free. Try it: x.ai/bot/V9od6VbLz5WD_67tgDt…

A man cannot prompt the same agent twice, for it is has compacted and is not the same agent, and he is not the same man

In Soviet Russia, Windows activate YOU
Putin’s computer is running an unlicensed copy of Windows In the video of his online vote, the “Activate Windows” watermark is clearly visible. A legal copy of Windows 11 starts at $139.

this is fucking hilarious but also think about how much of AI or agent usage is a control loop you have a state -> evaluate(state) -> diff(state, next_action) -> act -> repeat Being able to nudge the control loop to where you want things to go just got 100x faster
Big AI news... Jev enables this microphone that mutes you when you talk BS @typesafeai

Boom is pacing the development of supersonic jets, ensuring we make jets that are comfortable, reliable, and safe. Also this is not news. We've always done it this way, and we don't need anyone in Washington to force us. It's in our power to do the right thing.

i don't think tech people understand how little non-tech people care about tech the average person does not have a basic understanding of how a computer works the idea of everyone just prompting their own software is only for a small subset of people
was showing my normie friends codex and how you can just make whatever you want and they literally didn’t give a fuck

Regulatory capture is evil. Shame on all of them if this is true.

I co-founded Turismo Valuation because as CFO of a Nasdaq traded company I was frustrated with way valuation firms approached our derivative liability valuations. They bill hourly, surprising you with alarming high costs, after the project is done. They don't commit to any timeline for delivery, often delaying the closing of the books. We do things differently at Turismo. We provide you a fixed-rate value base price before the engagement, saving you an average of 35% over your current provider. We guarantee 72 hour turnaround, or you don't pay. We deliver superior valuation reports that your auditor will love. We offer the following valuation services: Convertible notes (ASC 815-40) Convertible preferred Warrants and other liability-classified derivatives SPAC overallotment and earn-outs Purchase price allocations We also will do your PvP report for your proxy for $1,950 flat rate. Send me a DM if you'd like to hear more...

Today we’ve raised $52M Seed and we are announcing the public launch of S2.1 Pro. >It can clone a voice from 5 seconds of audio >2x faster than Cartesia & 1/6th the cost of Eleven Labs >most expressive model with word level control over emotion, intonation, pacing etc We support frontier AI companies including HeyGen, LiveKit, Retell, Sanas, and OpenArt all run our model in production. If you're a business and we can't cut your voice AI costs by 50%, we'll give you 1 year of Fish Audio for free. Book a demo: s.fish.audio/tmapke To celebrate our first birthday, we'll give you 1 month of S2.1 Pro for free. Like, retweet, and comment “Fish” to get it.

$AIXI IMHO will move up to $5 soon. Shorts looked at the financials and saw huge losses and tiny cash value. They think the company desperately needs to raise capital. What they are missing is that those losses were from the massive compute costs to train AI models and can be shut off like a light switch. The company has stopped training and I believe the company is close to cash flow positive. IMHO no financing needed or coming. If they need a little cash to make it to the settlement, or ruling the case is bankable after the second attempt to invalidate the patents failed. Could be a $500 million settlement with Apple any day. Shorts are screwed. Still on the failure to deliver list and I think there is a massive market maker short without a borrow.

Regular exercise is linked to slower biological aging - but only in people sleeping 7+ hours. People who slept under 6 hours and exercised actually aged faster.

Just met an eager young founder here in Europe Has a brilliant idea and lots of hustle He's going to crush it I told him once he goes through the European Startup Business License Review Process, which typically takes 24 months, I'll fund him Of course, my investment will be subject for another 12 month review process Can't wait to see what this kid does once he gets started building in 2029!
