I'll take Pat McAfee that a University of Utah student calling him 'corny' made him honestly feel uncomfortable.
I would politely ask him to consider how Mississippi student Mary Kate Cornett felt when he used his show to amplify a false rumor about an 18-year-old's sex life.

Thad is a great dude and did such an amazing job. There was a time he achieved the impossible in that myself and a sliver of Ohio State fans who were more engaged with basketball than football (OSU was a 1 or 2 seed for 6 seasons under him).
Some March heartbreak and bad luck, unfortunately.
Hate to say this, but I'm not sure the program will return to a point where they were top 8 for the majority of a decade.

Regarding the Acton/Ramaswamy story, amazing local Ohio journalists are doing critical reporting. Most only have a few thousand followers. Meanwhile 'influencers' with tens or hundreds of thousands have been wildly irresponsible and contributed no facts of value. See the problem?

Great news from the Vatican!
Pope Leo XIV’s doctors have confirmed that the tumor removed on October 13 was a lung adenocarcinoma and that the disease was localized.
Dr. Luigi Carbone and Professor Stefano Margaritora said on Wednesday evening that a subsequent oncological assessment has confirmed that “no further treatment is necessary.”

Amazing work by one of baseball's most amazing writers.

Tonight certainly hurts.
Next year is just never guaranteed.
In 1997, we thought Cleveland would be back in the World Series every year. They didn't return until 2016.
In 2016, we thought it was the start of a title window opportunity. They haven't been back since.
Sobering.

ALCS thoughts:
- The St. Pete crowd showed out for the clincher, as they should.
- Guardians ‘pen ran out of gas. Shows the danger of constant bullpen games. You need your SPs in October.
- This World Series will be between the two best teams in baseball. Plenty of CBA storylines, but let’s not ignore how good these two teams are. Should be a really, really fun series.

FINAL: The Guardians' long World Series championship drought will extend another year after losing to the Rays in the ALCS, ending a wild-but-memorable season in Cleveland: wkyc.com/article/sports/mlb/…

While a lack of hitting might eventually do in the Guardians (credit to the Rays), one of the great mysteries is what happened to Tanner Bibee.
I know, Bibee wasn't great, but he led CLE in starts/innings. How Matt Festa is more trustworthy than your opening-day starter needs an explanation.

Credit to the Guardians bullpen. Really impressive stuff after Messick very clearly didn't have it earlier. Collectively did a great job to hold the Rays to one run in seven innings.

Now let’s see if the #Guardians can put themselves in position to get back to the World Series by winning Game 5 of the ALCS in about an hour.
Have a day, Cleveland Fan.

And one of the best wide receiver’s in all of college football this year.
Nice moment with him and Ryan Day.
Charlie Becker found Ryan Day right after the game to apologize for his O-H-F-U last year on stage at the Big Ten Championship game.
