The disabled comic character OTD is Charles Xavier from Marvel! While frequently erased, he has at various times been paralyzed and a wheelchair user. An Infinity Comic also revealed he participated in the Capitol Crawl, a protest in 1990 in support of passing the ADA.

Rogue is talking to someone. Rogue: Back in the day, he was really into nonviolent protest. And it wasn't just for mutants either. Person: That's right- Professor X did the Capitol Crawl! Rogue: He did. Charles joined a thousand disabled activists to show that disabled people deserved civil rights. He's always felt that everyone has the right to be in a world that's build for them. That makes people see us would make things better. Other mutants had other ideas. My moms, Destiny and Mystique, saw that protests like these weren't working and pushed for... other solutions. While Rogue talks, there is a panel showing the Capitol Crawl. Multiple disability rights activists, including Xavier, are on their stomachs crawling up the steps of the US Capitol Building.

this scene breaks my heart a thousand times i cant explain how emotional i feel every time i see their faces.. erik senses charles in his mind and he immediately KNOWS its him, charles feels his pain and anger and he CRIES for him, he cries with him... it is so vulnerable
