Binance began restoring withdrawals in phases at 06:00 UTC on November 1, 2026. By 12:36 UTC, withdrawals had resumed for all 15 networks and assets in the initial phase. After an initial spike, withdrawal volumes have declined and are stabilising as expected, while deposit volumes have remained substantial.
Between 06:00 and 15:30 UTC on November 1, we processed $4.649 billion in withdrawals and $1.01 billion in deposits, resulting in a net outflow of approximately $3.64 billion. This represents 2.1% of our $171 billion in total assets under management (AUM), based on the latest available Proof of Reserves (PoR) data as of October 28, 2026. A new PoR snapshot was taken at 00:00 UTC on October 31, and zero-knowledge proof (ZKP) computation began. The updated report is expected to be available on our PoR website tomorrow.

Contrary to what most people on TL make you believe, flipping isn't necessarily difficult when you have a system. The problem is that most people approach it like gambling.
They increase lot sizes, stack positions and expose their entire account to one small move in the wrong direction.
That's not flipping. That's gambling with extra steps.
Here's what a structured flip looked like for me today.
I woke up, deposited **$40** and went straight to work.
Knowing my system, I decided to split my capital into 4 parts:
• Starting capital: $40
• Risk per trade: $10
• Maximum planned attempts: 4
I took just two trades:
1. XAUUSD – 4RR
2. US30 – 5RR
Both trades delivered.
That's $90 in profit , taking my account from $40 to $130.
That's a 225% return on my initial capital.
The lesson?
Flipping isn't about using crazy lot sizes or praying the market moves in your direction.
It's about having defined risk, a tested system and the discipline to execute.
Don't confuse aggressive trading with reckless trading.
