Coming to the last, chasing a record, I’d choose @FeidhlimKelly on the 🎤 to get me over it.

With the importance of national championships for Olympic qualification points surely wind sprints have to be considered for Senior T&F champs. Also track location, is Santry the best track?

Solid squad season opener in @TLeGaoithe on Saturday for 9 of the crew. 19 races between them, 3 wins and 2 PBs (@PeppardPaul 22.93 and @sophiebecker_ 11.90, 11.78w). Pretty decent sandwiches and tea as well.

Been some top performances at @TLeGaoithe over past 4 years. In the new currency of IAAF Rankings points here are the top 8 men and women. Ben Reynolds (13.62) from 2015 and Phil Healy (11.16) from 2018 top the lot. More chances for big points this Saturday.

Subject to what might be perceived as impossible Olympic Standards, as of now in sprints and hurdles we have @TomBarr247, @LeonReid_Woody, @marcus_lawler and @philhealy2 sitting pretty in Olympic Qualifier spots if it was done in the morning.

The IAAF rankings we have been tracking for nearly a year now have become reality. By and large they reward consistent performance and championship performers. Little quirks in there that need to be understood. The @TLeGaoithe meet in May will be a good chance to get some points.
